Hi Jason, Thanks for posting this up. I was wondering if there is a way to prevent changes from being made to the first drop down list without clearing the other two drop down lists. e.g. AAAA, AAB, A2 is chosen. To clear the AAAA, is it possible to ensure that A2 and AAB would have to be changed to - instead before continuing? Is it possible to add a calender picker for a column? My other question is, if we sort the list will this screw the sheet up? Would filtering be better for this in that case?

Hi Jason, I've followed your video and got this working perfectly! However, if I want to change the name of groups on LISTS such as rename F3 to Adam, F4 to Barry and F5 to Carl, column A in DROP down gives me these options, but then there are no options in column B in LISTS. Is there any way of doing this?

+Sam Palmer Thanks Sam, I would have to see your sheet to see what the problem is, because changing the list names should not affect anything, except unless you didn't change the list names where you have the drop-down lists. Like I have mentioned to others, I will try and do anther video responding to questions when I finally have time. I am working on project right now that is taking up every minute I have, so it won't be until september that I can. Take care!!!

Jason, thanks for sharing the tutorial, its awesome. I used it when building a workbook that is to be used with the Sheets app on and android phone. Unfortunately it seems, that the app doesnt support this type of solution, the drop down list simply doesnt work. Have u already encountered it, possibly though about a work around? Thanks.

+Vojtěch Šimek I have not tried this on Android. My main uses are on laptop so sadly I could not answer anything about this. I just hope Google sees how many want this option and add it soon. :P

Have you also done a tutorial on Reports? In specific, customising standard reports for i.e.. add labels; letters; adjust field widths, re-position fields, add header/footer? Also, have you done a tutorial on switchboard? For e.g. enable security such as password protection of databases, creating data input forms and adding objects, for i.e. fields, texts labels, pictures, list boxes, combo boxes, option buttons, command buttons etc?

Try addind the combo box in Design view and not in layout view, note that the first time he did it, he did it in design view and the Company name appeared and the second time when he did it in the layout view the ID number appeared. Hope it helps.

Hello, After you made the Product ID drop down field, when you aren't picking from the list, the ID shows up instead of the name of the product. Is there a way to make it keep showing the product name?

Hi, How can I adjust or move one field at a time? When I click on an individual field it moves all the fields together and I can't move one field to another place.
