+Dangan Fan If I remember correctly, that is most likely Ryuunosuke’s mentor. There was a new scan recently of the most likely prosecutor. I think you can find it on the Court-Records twitter, website, or tumblr.

Judging from the name of the main character, I'd assume that his name in English would be Dragon Wright. And the girl that would be with the main character would be Ami Fey. Now the question is: who would be the 20th Century Payne? And who will be the main prosecutor? I pray it's a Von Karma ancestor. :D

I don't know though...'Phoenix' as a name sounded reasonable because there are so many crazy names today. But in that time, Dragon would be really odd as an English name. I'd think maybe Draco, except that makes me think of Malfoy, and I'm not sure I could handle that for a main character.

"Dragon Wright" would make sense, considering the "Ryu" is in BOTH names (Phoenix's JP name and his ancestor's)

Those historical American robes and musical tunes just make me want to eat some good ol' fashioned apple pie. Can't wait for the localization team to fully convey the American spirit of this game. God bless Los Angeles.

Well, it IS set in 1900, so there WERE Japanese immigrants at the time. So unless 'Wright' is gonna be his american last name (since in these days, they would likely need easier to say names since no one in america knows Japanese), it could help.

I wonder how on earth they would "localise" this since they've been continually changing it so Ace Attorney takes place in LA for every game so far? I really want them to bring this game out in English, but I can see 4 possibilities with the localisation: 1) They make it set in a 1900s Chinatown 2) They claim Phoenix has a Japanese ancestor 3) They fix their major localisation problem at last 4) They still say it's in LA For teh lulz.

2) and 3) sounds like the one that would make the least localisation problems but 2) would fit in their logic and wouldn't make them too much problems. But 4) tho. That would be awesome.
