I'm sure this is a great rice recipe but this is not Paella. Here in Spain we put in paella different things depending on where we live.... but we difenitely follow some identical steps everywhere, lime boiling seafood first and using the boiling Walter to cook the rice. And btw, it is pa-e-lla. It make laugh hearing pa-e-lle-lla. Don't think i'm hating or something, i think you do a great job!

Hi thanks for your question. You can certainly omit sausage from this recipe and increase the other ingredients. Or you could try to cook some mushrooms with spices, such as paprika or crushed red pepper. Let us know how it turns out for you :)

Someone should teach the voice talent that paella isnt pronounced as pa-yeh-ya but should be pah-el-ya, she sounded ridiculous.
