I appreciate so much how you use all frosting on your cakes! This is something I've been advocating for a long time. I hate the look and taste of fondant and I've been trying to encourage people to use just frosting because there are so many cool ways (like this) to make amazing cakes without using nasty fondant.

+lolipop6fun It's vanilla buttercream that's coloured using gel paste. She has a buttercream recipe on her channel, check it out.

i do hope you realise there are healthier baking alternatives, less sugar, using vegetables to moisten instead of cream, etc. even decorating wise, a cake doesnt need approximately 500 coats of buttercream icing to look and taste good
