+elmer phudd Elmer, wouldn't that be nice. Only I know someone who really thought he could do that. The thing is, the powers that be, doesn't want it to go to court. They are afraid of the outcome. They are not certain they will win in a court of law. So what they did to him was, schedule a court date. Then the day of the hearing, postpone it. They keep doing that over and over. You keep having to pay an attorney. You loose work that day. Your employer gets tired of you taking the day off over and over, with no outcome. Or if your self employed, it's just as bad because your time is money. They keep stringing you and your attorney along. Hoping you will just give up, sell and move away. These are truly evil people.
