About the driver: This Greyhound driver became lost while trying to retrace his way back to the bus terminal to retrieve his driver log book. At about midnight, the ...
What happened to the usual "This is Greyhound Schedule #### to where ever,
we have stops in _______ at_____ time. There's no smoking, or consumption
of alcohol on the bus. Sit back and enjoy the ride. Next stop
______________ ___
That bus you said was new leaving Salt Lake City, Utah didn't have outlets
on it.. Greyhound wasn't even thinking of outlets until 2009 with the whole
start of the Express routes and new company image
turn your cellphones off people are trying to sleep (sound of text comes
in) epic win ive been in that terminal in slc its very nice tho it was
empty and no busses were moving thru at the time
I would report this Jerk to Greyhound. Don't he realize that the public are
PAYING PASSENGERS, and not somekid riding a School Bus. I would've switched
buses.
This video was shot by me in the summer of 1988. I was returning from a company picnic when I decided to stop and film downtown during one of Boise's biggest ...
You are welcome Martin. I hope this video inspires people to take the time to film something today that somebody in years ahead will look back on it the same way as you are looking at mine. (So much better technology today)
I played in a band in the 70's and traveled to Boise to perform at an
eating and bar establishment. I believe it was located on a corner and
they had fairly well know groups perform there. The Lettermen or a group
like that performed just before us. I remember the stage was high up and
quiet a distance from the audience with maybe a dance floor near the stage.
Now I live near Boise and always wondered where/what the building was.
Can't think of any stage like that. So many buildings have been demolished downtown. You might E-mail Tim Woodward of The Idaho Statesman. He grew up here and was playing in a group called The Mystics possibly around that time.
My dad showed me this. This was when my mom was pregnant with me, and our
air conditioner was broken. I heard a lot about July 1988, so looking at
Boise at that time period is AWESOME
Would be a great idea if Eller would make another video reprising the same
places this many years later then to put the two together in a mashup. His
commentary is really good for an effort of this kind.
