CelesteK- There is still an ice rink. It's up on the third floor and is being used by Ryerson University. They even play directly under the refurbished original domed ceiling, too. There's been plenty of respect shown for the old days. From murals, pictures of the many acts and performers over its 68 years of operation, and even a piece from the center ice. Not to mention, the outside of the building was kept the very same and was refitted with a lovely 50's styled "Maple Leafs Gardens" marquee.

I think that the MLG should have been kept as an ice rink not been turned into this. :( It looks like there's been no respect for the building.
