+David Dorn Damn, there goes my excuse for not buying one, which means I'm getting into a temp control with a tit......coil and I's got me beard grown below me tits No excuses left.
Depends on the juice. Thicker sweeter juices maybe 3-4 days. Thinner juices maybe a week. This is hands-down the best flavor nickel coil on the market. No doubt about it.

Vision VT Clearomizer and How To Rebuild It's Coil
Here is a look at the newer Vision VT Clearomizer, and also a how-to rebuild the coil on it as well! ******IMPORTANT********* If you do plan on rebuilding your ...
I understand what you are saying and if every regulated PV was like that I
would agree! But I have several viewers that used Zmax/Vmax, and other
devices that have proven to not function after a short circuited coil was
put on that device. My very good friend, had a Pheonix clone atty on his
Zmax with a 2.0 ohm coil that shorted out, and the Zmax's board was fried
in the process. So I have usually always tested coils out on Mech devices,
b/c you can adjust the coil while firing the device, cont,
I do suggest beginners to do this, but if you are newer to rebuilding
anything in vaping, there is a chance the coils may not be perfect to throw
on a device that may burn out. I know first hand that if the coil is
shorting out on an ego batt, the electronics in them will fry right away.
Then you have an ego that is useless. As far as venting the battery, If you
are using IMR batteries, then you definitly know when they are venting, and
stop what every you are doing. In the past 2 years,
I see your points. My Vamo and more recently SID are behaving much better
in that sense. So I feel confident throwing anything at them. But
apparently it is not always the case. And, sure, an ego battery would have
even less protection. Experienced builders should be fine anyways. They
will be using IMRs and will know what to do in case. I guess I am not
comfortable with beginners using mechanical devices, that's all. Thank you
very much for taking time to respond. Very much appreciated.
Thanks for another good review. On your last note about testing DIY coils
on mechanicals. IMHO it should be the other way around. Most regulated PVs
have short circuit protection, current limits and will generally not fire
below 1.2-1.3 ohms. So you probably won't fry a Vamo or Zmax with a low-ohm
coil. But a mechanical might just try to fire it with very high currents
and cause venting and possibly worse. Even if the PV gets fried I think it
is better than venting a battery.
I am acually using a Smok Winder and Evod as my bike gear, and have been
enjoying it. But I think the twist is a great device also. I have had a bad
experinece with a spinner, but many friends like them. Mine died in less
then a month, and nothing I did wrong. Anyways, the T3, and the Evod are
great, but I like the Evod a little better. As far as bottom coils go
I cannot stand to use protected batteries, but Panasonic does make some
decent batteries, but when I am looking for a good battery, I use my MNKE,
AW, Panasonics, and even eFest. I feel comfortable with them, and get the
perfect performance out of them. And each one of them are used in different
devices. And thank you for the advice!
I have been around at least 5 batteries that have vented, 3 were mine. And
NONE of them were cause by RBAs. The 3 I had vent were actually faulty
batteries or devices, none being Mech device.
best clearomiser I tried so far. huge amounts of vapor and excellent juice
restitution, just make sure to stay in safe voltages to avoid burning the
coils.
Joyetech eVic VT 60w Box 60 watts 5000 mAh Power - kanthal Temperature Control - Nickel & Titanium 4 mil Tank POSITIVES-- Good box mod, tons of battery ...
bro 26 gauge nickel is a very low resistant wire nothing is wrong with your
atomized you can only build down to a .05 on the snow wolf . maybe you
should read about the mod purchasing before you go out and buy a mod that
is for advanced builders
all those o-rings and gaskets to change / replace upon all the work needed
to fill/clean this, no thanks! Aspire Cleito tank or Delta 2 would be a
better option. But the Cleito is a top load and better for me, just my 2
cents!
+kevin O I Won one and had it now for 10 days. Had it apart many times and no problems with any O-rings..not one came off. I fill from the side..it takes 20 seconds..done! Totally awesome unit.. runs at 15 to 19 w for a cool mouth to lung and gives a great lung hit at 25 w. The battery lasts 8-9 hours of continuous use at 18w. Its all metal and built like a tank..fantastic quality. I highly recommend it.
the CLR coils will work in the EGrip VT with a minor modification. Unscrew the top of the CLR coil and drill out the top cap of the CLR coil with a 7/32 drill bit. The removable tube that comes in the VT is larger in diameter than the Egrip OLED CL. With a CLR head, the Oring on the top of the coil is no longer needed when using the VT.
+Mike Vapes My Egrip VT arrived today, and sadly it's not compatible with the older RBA base. An EGO ONE CLR coil might do for rebuildable coils (info from joyetech website). Hope it helps.
+john harvey ....Hey Mike.. I won the eGrip VT. Today 1-15-16 it stopped working..here is what I wrote to Joyetech service.Hi..I won this eGrip VT mod from Mike Vapes the reviewer on You Tube in a sweepstakes giveaway. This is my first time vaping and I love it. After 10 days I stopped cigarettes all together. Today on the computer I set it down for a about 20 minutes ..picked it up to vape and it was off. I clicked 5 times and nothing. The display would not light up. I had a full charge a few hours earlier and I thought the battery had died. I plugged it in and the display came on but it would not fire up. I push the button and it just blinks rapidly and sometimes just blinks once. When it plugged in there is no battery charge being shown. when I unplug it it is completely dead ...like no battery in it at all. I changed to a new coil..the Titanium..that did nothing different. I played around with it for an hour and cannot get it to work. It was never dropped or washed with water..only dried off oil with a dry towel. How do I go about sending it in under warranty? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, John Harvey3 suggestions:a)The air flow screw on my mod does nothing...it's no different all the way open or all the way closed. always same air flow and a pain to adjust when your out..having to carry that wrench with you.. and the air flow does not work anyways. b)Have the chrome plates extend out from the mod. When your charging you have to lay it down on its nice finish. with the plates extended a small bit the sides will be above any surface you lay it on or change the charge port to the side so you can charge and have the unit stand up.c) Maybe make it 1/4 to 3/8 longer.. my baby finger keeps dropping below the bottom and that's annoying. Plus if it was longer you would have more room for another 1/2 mil of juice! Taking you up to an impressive 4 mils!Other than those..This is a great little mod and worked flawlessly while working... a very nice piece of quality workmanship and will highly recommend it!
Have the original egrip and like it, only problem was wicking thicker
liquids. How does this hold up Mike? Thanks Mike and joyetech..please enter
me too
A CLR coil has the same diameter fluid holes as a first gen Atlantis coil. These can be used in a VT if you drill out the the top cap on the CLR with a 7/32" drill bit. On an OLED Egrip CL, the moification isn't necessary as the tube on the OLED CL is smaller in diameter than the VT. You will need the CL base to use these coils- the CL base is a direct replacement into the OLED-CS models
Joyetech really did a great job on those finishes. That gray and white are
freaking sweet looking. Thanks to Joyetech and Mike #HitThatShit Vapes for
the chance to win. Mike, please enter me into the giveaway. Have you tried
any other DripTips on this device yet? I bet a shorty DT would make it even
better looking.
