How about if the garments creases are incorrect that is not aligned as they
should be, how do you determine where the creases should be, line them up
and re-create them?
+OdinsCloud with most trousers a rule of thumb of the seams being together is a good one to follow. That isn't the case where the old crease may either show or is a permanent crease, in which case you have to follow the old crease.Permanent creases are often obvious by a resin along the crease line inside the trousers, or they are on polyester mix trousers but cotton or vivid colour trousers often lose their colour along the crease and therefore you have to follow the old markings.Hope that helps

because normally when i travel is from south america to europe since i live

I personally don't care much about wrinkles unless it's excessive, so for
me rolling is worth the payoff because it gives you more space. Good to
know though if you ever needed something ready to wear right upon arrival!
Great experiment Sonia!
i think i have a simple tip to avoid wrinkles.. just let the cloth you're
going to wear hung in the bathroom while you're taking shower. This is
magic (somehow the steam from the shower can work wonders), my instant
wrinkle free method! :)

This would cost me a lot of quarters in the laundromat. Wouldn't it be
easier to just spray with a mixture of starch and water, tug the wrinkle
out and let it air dry. That works for me.

Crikey- what sort of holiday are you packing for? Looks more like a
business convention. My motto is, if I can't lift my luggage with one hand,
something has to be jettisoned. I roll 3 T shirts, 3 jeans and 3 underpants
like sausages, throw in one pair of shoes and my toiletries, and that's it.
Anything I may need in an emergency, I buy at my destination. I've been
world-travelling for 35 years through 50+ countries, and have never varied
my plan.
Clothes I need are all basic, I have 1-2 undergarments, 1 skirt, 3 t-shirt.
1 jacket if it's cold. Then toiletries are diy toothpaste in a travel size
container, and toothbrush. Some sunglasses, and moisturizer. Then I have my
phone, earphones, charger, wallet and passport. That's all I pack with me.
I can fit it in a jansport and save so much space with this method, and
nothing flys away.
Pack some diapers and wet wipes in case you shit yourself on the airplane.
I'm sure no one wants to take out their clean underwear even if it took
only a second, to wear on your dirty buttocks before you took a shower. It
wouldn't be a bad idea for women who don't/find it difficult to use tampons.
But ideally hope no one needs or have to shit themselves on an airplane.
i dunno if i likes, yes its very efficient for packing and traveling, but
then how about afterwards? What are you gonna do with that basically one
giant bundle when you get to your destination? its gonna be alot of
unraveling and tedious work to wrap everything back up (assuming you don't
have the largest accomodations, tho if your in a hotel I guess its fine)
I'll be using this method for the carry-ons I take on my flights. Sometimes
rolling everything up just doesn't work the best way all the time so this
seems like a good alternative and I'll experiment with it. I'll be sure to
keep all the TSA eye-catchers separate from the bundle in case they need to
look at it, haha. Thanks very much for the tips.
That is the most efficient way to pack , but just like he says, if you need
one item on the fly you are fucked because you have to unpack everything to
get that one shirt or underwear. It is just not practical unless you are
going to one place and unpacking all your shit and will not need anything
along the way. like a cruse .
I packed a jacket, 4 shirts, 2 pairs of dress pants, jeans, and
socks/underwear for 3 days into a 19" x 12" x 8" suitcase. Only the tail of
my jacket got visibly wrinkled, and certainly not to the extent you would
expect after having been stuffed in bag for 24 hours.
I wish I had found this video sooner!! 3 hours of packing and I was
starting to take things out of my suitcase because it wouldn't fit. Till I
found this video, and suddenly I was 80% clothes packed and had SO much
more space! Thank you for posting this video :)
Just tried and it's awsome! Besides the fact of packing light and avoid
wrinkles, you can do it in a few minutes without switching this and that,
putting something up or down, one side or the other. Just great!
@spicecrop you pack it up tie like this and have an emergancy set of
drawers and shirt rolled alongside it takes up less space than a shoe and
you can get to it in an emergancy
It's so easy that it's clever. I think I may use this sometime to see if it
really works... but it makes so much sense, so I don't doubt that it would.
