+BlueJWay999 Joints are meant to be mobile. The usual way of walking, and to use shoes takes away your natural mobility in these joints. As if you have been sitting in a chair for hours, then it will feel good to rise up and shake loose.

Hi, I am a ballet dancer and have recently been experiencing burning pain
in my big toe joint which has spread to my upper foot and the top of my
ankle. I followed these exercises, which really helped with the toe joint,
thank you, however the pain still persists on the top of my ankle. Do you
have any other stretches that are more intense? As I am quite flexible and
have a large range of motion. Thank you for the insight, it may have saved
me a trip to my physio.
