+SpykerSpeed oh my god, no single food group is the enemy. Carbs are 100% not the enemy, gorging yourself on thousands of calories worth of pointless sugary carbs is, of course, bad for you. Fats are essential (as, pretty much, are carbs) but eating large quantities of saturated fats can and probably will lead to atherosclerosis, or plaque formation in arteries, which is bad news. "New research shows that..." is almost never any use - believe me, it's easy to make your research seem like it proves one thing, and then to let the media hype it up stupidly. Eating sensible food, trying to avoid unnecessary saturated fats or refined white sugar is probably a good idea in the longrun, ultimately just eating fruit and veg and not being a complete idiot is by far the easiest and most sustainable (healthwise) way to live!
Love live shows. Tou should invite me to be on tour stage Jamie. I am a
grear entertainer. I used to entertain crowds of more then 2000 people when
I worked as a resort manager for Clubmed
Get the Recipe //www.sortedfood.com/breakfasttortilla No sane person wants to be cooking on a hangover in fact it could be argued that its really not safe!
mine is just waiting to get in the oven :D my BF worked the night shift and
when he wakes in the middle of the day he still feels like having
breakfast, while the rest of us want to have lunch. so i think this is a
great option and it will make everyone happy :) i left out the meat,
because my mom is vegetarian and i replaced it with blue cheese :)
A very straight forward recipe that is cooked out on the Big Green Egg. With some sliced potatoes, Parmesan, olive oil, pepper, salt, and garlic powder, parsley, ...
+Joe Bucci Joe that was a missed opportunity to use the Not Ketchup. I definitely should have done that. Looks like I'm going to have to make them again. ;)
