+David Zavala You will need to take the tape off before the Plasti-dip gets too dry...I know, what is too dry? If the Plasti-dip starts setting up like plastic it has more tendency to rip when removing the tape so you will need to get it before that point. maybe test a spot on something else till you get the feel for it. Hope this helps.

did you wait till the previous layer of Plastdip dry before spraying another coat or did you add another layer when it was wet to make it easier to peel? Also was the glossifier wet or dry during the peeling process?

It needs to be a little bit dry to stick but not too dry so it becomes too plastic. There is a fine line here and many factors (such as sun) will affect when to remove the tape.

+funbro1 hey I tried this before watching ur video but I did the same thing but I used masking tape only and only used plastic dip no gloss. When I strayed last coat I took off tape right after and the dam plastic dip was coming off with tape. Wtf am I doing wrong. Is it because I did it in sun?

+MrChris2Fur Yes there was about 5 minutes between coats, and the glossifier should be wet so that does not peel. Good questions, Thanks for watching.
