Here are your options folks:
1. Put your hands up, get shot.
2. Stand still, get shot.
3. Run away, get shot.
4. Go to lay down, get shot.
5. Attempt to talk, get shot.
6. Get shot, then handcuffed then die.
No matter what you do, when an officer has his gun out you are going to get
shot. Mind as well shoot the fuck back at this point. It's practically a
sealed fate, death right in front of your eyes, literally. When an officer
has his gun on you. You are going to die, there is no in between.
Perhaps you should work as an officer for a little while, and then see what
happens when a young man refuses to show open hands after REPEATED
warnings. Perhaps the officer planned on going home alive that night, and
thought the man in front of his gun had something in his pocket that would
prevent it. I'd have shot him too if I was that cop. And no, I don't think
you are a bigot, brother.
Hindsight is 20/20. First thing is to secure the suspect and any weapons he might have. Then call for medical, then apply first aid. He called medical first. He then made sure the suspect was secured and looked for the weapon. I think it was an overall tragedy that happened under just the wrong circumstances. Legal has never been my scene, but IMHO, the cop should not be punished for this.
+akonitony2 The real crime to me is what happened after he got shot. The police officer handcuffed him and let him bleed to death. He didn't applied pressure to the wound and Dillon couldn't even apply pressure on his wound either because he was dying and handcuffed. The officer was letting him drown in his own blood. You can understand the police officer about having thought he was pulling out a gun and shot him. But it's what he did after he shot him that is wrong.

+Lite619 if you seen the police video and think that, then you are a fool and if you didn't see it your just talking out your ass. ether way you're ignorant
+RVArq Of course you have the right to free speech. You also have the right, not fought for and won by Argentina by the way, to smugly (con aire de suficiencia) put down people from another place. Are all Argentinians guilty because your government gave refuge to Nazis after the war? Are you guilty personally because your country invaded the Falkland Islands and left behind thousands of land mines? Remove those land mines and then come back and tell us how bad the U.S. is.
+Amhlair Juan Peron is death since many years ago. It looks to you that depending on anyone's country , we have the right to speech or not ? What should u say then of some one who lives in a country who killed 2 president and a lot of human rights fighters, a country who invaded countries just because they have oil or natural resources or because they are strategic points in a cold war ? Dont be so ignorant amigo, and read before to make any dumb comment.
+sly bob That was hard to watch bro. When I made this video the actual footage hadn't been released. REMEMBER: Dillon was killed August 2014. I've been on this story since 2014. Thanks for watching and speaking up!!!!

+Tim Black Im not from USA, im from Argentina, and i cant believe the police impunity and violence against the citizens in your country. Really good video editorial Tim.
