get a box, put a pillow on the bottom and then put shredded paper on it and
make an area in the center for the egg where the egg cant move. then take a
big white trash bag and cut it along one of the sides and the bottom. the
tie rope on each side of the box and connect them to the trash bag. thats
it. you can also put soft materials like rubbers on the bottom of the box
to make the landing softer
I have to make a container 4x4 inches, place egg in it and drop from 10ft.
any ideas what to cushion the inside of the container with??? Just looking
around for some ideas. thanks in advance. If the egg even has one crack on
it after it's dropped, I get an F!!!!!!!
these are ok ideas(if ur only dropping them 19FT) but try dropping them of
a 40ft grain ben. then you gotta get a little creative and not do the
simple stuff(and another plus for the assignment i had it had to be able to
fit into a 6 by 6 by 6 in. box
i made mine of a really thick foam ( the kind in a memory foam mattress)
and i cut the foam in half . . . made a small hole , put the egg in , close
both halfs of foam with tape and droped it off a 4 story bulding . it
survived , i got an A (:
Omg this was added the day after my birthday. I think I'm gonna do the
peanut butter one Or the tennis ball thing with the cotton balls in it. I
need to start working On this soon. It's due on Tuesday.
I'm in 7th grade, and have been looking for help with this project
FOREVER!! I can't believe that the egg in the peanut butter didn't break!
I'm soo going to incorporate that into my project somehow...
I dropped mine off a 500 meter tower. Bought a small jar of peanut butter
and put the egg inside, then put the small jar of peanut butter into a
large jar of peanutbutter. Mine was the only survivor.
