Dave i know this is a bit off-topic but have you ever thought of doing more
Co-Op let's plays with Skorch,Zack or Volv ? I know you livestream with at
least one of them a lot but have you thought of playing a full game with
one of them again ? Also, nice video !

hi amanda! i LOVE you you're amazing! im trying to make my calves and
things smaller cause their huge, and i was wondering if you could, like,
tell me something i can do to help my chubby legs :) i've been doing your
lunges, etc. for about 3 days and they already getting more toned and
slightly thinner, and i was wondering if there is anything else i can do to
spped up and improve the process? it would be a HUGE help if you replied :)
I agree with the top comment, it is rather dizzying how much the camera
moves and how much the video was cut into short pieces if that makes sense

I've been dealing with binge eating on crap food ever since i started high
school (this past year) and i'm pretty sure it's from my inadequate sleep
:/ I've gained so much weight from binge eating, and i used to be the
healthiest person ever. I shouldn't blame high school, as much as it sucks
and all, but i've just lost the concept of self control apparently :T
@AmandaRussell Really? Your body is amazing and I figured you worked out an
hour 5 times a week or something. Well that is awesome! When I do your
workouts they do get my heart rate up from the explosive moves, I just feel
guilty when I only work out fifteen minutes. You are one of my favorite

Hi Amanda! I have to say I love your videos! and how you don't need
equipment! I do have a question though, I am getting married in July and I
just want to tone my body and loose maybe 5lbs. but mostly tone my stomach
and legs. Which one of your workouts would you recommend and how many times
a week for a faster result? Thank you so much!
What do you know about the pill and how it may impair your ability to lose
weight? Have you ever worked with anyone who was on the pill and
successfully lost weight? Please... I try and I try and the pounds just

It is so hard to sleep. I don't know why but it has been my whole life. I
cannot wait to see your next workout video. I have always had a flat
stomach, barely able to pinch anything on it. As I have gotten older and
lazier, eating more junk, that has changed a bit:( Ready to tone it up
again:)
@Shaunii01 1egg + 2eggwhite omelette with veggies is amazing, high in
protein and nutrients! I also love going greek yogurt with chia seeds,
banana and berries! Check out my 'Greek Yogurt' Video for ideas! That's a
really great breakfast! Also, you should try and eat after the workout!
@angeleticvampire bodies due naturally fluctuate in weight, maybe you drank
more then usual, and you are bloated. my body changes 5 pounds easily
within 2 days, even if i know i ate healthy. just keep on working out and
eating healthy and you will be fine.
Hi, I would like to know how your routine as well..I mean if your just
doing your regular workout..what would that be?? How do i get a body like
yours..lol do you do lots of cardio?? can you tell us what your routine is
