Where did you get your extensions? Also, I had 2 friends who did the Vulcan classic with you! One is.a figure competitor. Is this your last show? I am doing one in Florida on Oct 24. I am thinking I may want to do an NPC one in November.

+Kelsey Douglas I'll have to see if I can find those extensions cause I don't want to pay a fortune. Their names are Jennifer Broadas and Katy Gillis. I am in Atlanta. Jennifer use to work for me. My hubby and I own a personal training gym in Atlanta. She is a sweetheart! And my inspiration to do a show!

+Heather Odeh Those extensions are made by Remy and I got them from Sally's Beauty Supply. Honestly, they are cheap for what they cost and I am disappointed in the quality and thickness of the extensions, but they work for a competition day! haha and that's awesome! what were their names? And yes, this was my last show. Alabama has no more shows and actually this is a perfect stopping point for me because I am about to have to start traveling for my pharmacy rotations and they are picking up the intensity and workload quite fast! So I need a break. But my coach wants me to do a show in PCB October 24th but I am pretty much committed to my off season now.

Love the variety of things you pick up and your menu is always so interesting. Hubby and Emily are so lucky. I too love the Amy entrees. They really are yummy and here in Seattle, all we eat are Honeycrisp apples,. They are the best apples I have ever eaten. We eat nothing else but Honeycrisp. Can't wait to see that pulled pork crockpot recipe. Muriel

Hi Muriel, thank you. The Amy's entrees are the best.  They have such good flavor and tastes like a true mexican dinner. We just recently tried the Honeycrisp apples and I have to say that Emily and I love them.  I will be getting more for sure.  The pulled pork recipe will be up today.  Hugs, Shelly
