+Michelle Lim That's a very difficult question to answer because I don't know anything about your sourdough starter!  The ratio of flour to water is important to know!

Я работаю поваром и стандартный национальный борщ не так готовится, это видно только по тому как они сделали пассировку, я уже не говорю о том томате который стоит на столе, я даже не стал до конца смотреть, так как они капусту кинули в общую пассировку, это уже их воображение такое.

Ты к ним в кадр залез и попробовал что ли? Рецептов борща миллион -- чуть ли не в каждой семье свой. Я еще с детства запомнил, что каждый раз когда меня в гостях угощали борщ был разный. Так что не сужай понятие борща до своего семейного рецепта.

This is not a lavaş this is pide and lavas is not georgian or armenian it's turkish even you can understand name of lavas

+Blinr73​yes, common word for all types of bread is PURI (პური) , thin bread we call too "lavashi" and long bread is SHOTHI (შოთი) ..YOU can find in internet :)) hov it looks like, georgian bread. it has very very good taste and different :)) we love it very much.

+Blinr73 maybe you are wright...armenians say, that it is armenian word and bred...but i know that this thin bread is in Iran, in Turkey, in Armenia, in Azerbaijan..we never say that for example lahmajun,pizza,qebab is georgian, o we have Georgian delicious food, in video this is georgian bakery  - thone and delicious bread-shoti and lavashi..SOCHI-IS EX-Georgian teritory and there are living georgians , still... and i wrote aboute it, that the man in this video is georgian, khachapuri, lobiani, shoti lavashi-is Georgian food..

+Baturman naci Bayraktar i agree, the word is turkish, and we use this word .but in video this is Georgian bakery თონე (Tone); Georgian bred - პური (puri), This kind of bred we call -yes "lavashi" :)) and there is another one "Shoti" .. Georgian bred looks, tastes, smells aaabsolutely diferent and unic :))
