I would say the hardware doesn't really matter. Both Nvidia and ATI cards
are powerful. But concerning the software and support, ATI really sucks.
I've had BSOD's installing drivers with multiple cards and multiple
systems. Now, I'm running an Nvidia card, and it's all good.
I prefer Nvidia, but not because of the hardware, but the software. I've
had several BSOD's on diferent PC's installing/updating ATi's Catalyst
software. It's really crappy. That's why I moved to Nvidia, and I haver
never had any problems anymore.
@zelatur Each one has its unique advantages and disadvantages .. you can
check reviews, comparisons & benchmarks .. you will find many of this kind
of videos here on youtube.
I'm going to buy gta4 for the PC but i only want 3 things: - the nissan
skyline - a other personage (not niko) - a thing where you can open cars
doors and shit. Do you know a good site for it? Sry for my bad English.

@korgpadude lol this model is already in the game. I used "Simple Native
Trainer" to play as this model. You can use this trainer to play as any
character existing in the game.
hola disculpa pero siempre e querido cambiar el skin de CJ por otro skin
que descargo por ejemplo de sicarios del CDG y cuando lo hago me sale el
mismo CJ pero todo deforme :( ME PODRIAS AYUDAR COMPA!?
+Victor Alvarado few years back I had the "pleasure" of trying that in one of these. The BIOS on that computer defaulted to the on-board graphics (and won't automatically disable). So, you need to switch to the PCIExpress Video Card in the BIOS but you need the on-board chip to work so you can make it to BIOS. Although once you get it up long enough to reach the bios I would certainly add a graphics card.
This is a surface mounted graphics card.. It's not something that can be replaced. So are you saying that buying a separate card and installing that would bypass the built in one?
A HD6450 Graphics Card in my HP ProLiant Gen8 MicroServer
I install a Sapphire Radeon HD6450 Graphics card in my HP ProLiant Gen8 MicroServer providing HDMI and DVI Output to two Monitors with Sound playing ...
I tried installing the "Sapphire HD5450" in the HP ProLiant Gen8 G1610T but
it fails to boot. Errors at POST with 2 short bleeps. I haven't found any
information on the net as to why this might be the case, I used this same
card in the ProLiant N36L without any problems.
Would anyone else recommend any other cards?
+Iain Collins No. I never got the server working with the Sapphire Radeon 5450. Luckily I had the NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS graphics card so just used that instead. The Sapphire Radeon 5450 is back in my old N36L. When I tried booting using the 5450 I didn't even get the BIOS screen so assumed this wasn't a Windows OS issue. The BIOS was all updated and on the latest version.
+John Stutsman Thanks, I will checkout the forum, I did some searching but haven't found anyone that has tried installing the 5450. My Gen8 is new (only just made the upgrade) so haven't checked if a BIOS updated is required (J06 - 06/06/2014). I will try the NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS that I have running in another N36L.
+Dom Edwards Sorry to hear about your issue with the 5450. I have used the 5450 in the N40L and N54L and I've used the 6450 in the Gen8 just because I got it pretty cheap on sale. As far as I know it should be pretty much plug and play -- I'd suggest check in at the HomeServerShow Forums that are linked to in the video description above because I belive there are a number of people who have installed video cards in their Gen8's.
Hello,
What about another graphic card fanless and cheaper? for example: Asus
Radeon 5450 SILENT/DI/1Gb GDDR3 V2 - Low Profile
Would that work? I have some friends that plugged it on a G7 but what about
G8?
Please, some help would be great, I can't find the good information on the
internet about it.
Regards,
I can't imagine why it wouldn't work. I've run a HD5450 in a G7 MicroServer without any issues I've just never tried it in a Gen8 -- at the time I was looking the 6450 was on sale cheaper than the 5450. You can check Royco's experience with a 5450 using Linix //homeservershow.com/forums/index.php?/topic/7706-graphiccard-on-g8/?p=95130

Ya i hope you like it man it's a good monitor However if your getting a computer with it make sure your getting a HP computer that comes with a good video card in it which video card is in it? a video card is what can power the monitor for demanding games and if you want to do video editing that help render times fly by and you can get 3d rendering to go fast as well but if you dont plan on doing stuff like this than the integrated one are all right for watching HD videos and and very light gaming im talking about games that are from 2008 and lower i know a little bit about computers and if you can give me the like to where your buying the HP computer than i can tell you if its a good deal and if your newer to computers than i should probably steer clear of windows 8 its faster than windows 7 in most things but its hard to get around the interface and i hope i helped you with you with your computer needs sorry for the bad spelling and grammer and if you need any help i will help you out.

I bought the HP 22Xi on friday but they didn't inform me that the HP 23Xi
(although not available at that moment) is only 10 euros more expensive
than the 22Xi. I have just found out that so I don't know if I should take
the 22Xi back to the shop and get the 23Xi or keep the 22Xi.
I am happy cause it is a good monitor but I don't know what to do about
getting the 23Xi instead. Maybe I get the 23Xi and its resolution is worst
or I get a faulty one....
