Tengo un samsung n100 hice todo el proceso y cuando la compu la reinicie se volvio a bloquiar que puedo hacer para que no se bloquee mas alguien que me conteste xfa

+Sergio dm Hola. En esos casos hay que soldar un pulsador, para que y desde afuera con la Net armada, cuando apagues o reinicies, hagas el mismo proceso de desbloqueo una y otra vez.Es la solucion que encontre.Ya me paso con las Net mas nuevas. Las modelo 2011-2012 no tienen ese problema.

Hola, tengo una duda.. La mía se bloqueo y después ya no arrancaba, me dijeron que aveces pasa que se queda sin arranques, si hago esto se soluciona ? Osea se desbloquea y arranca normal? #ayudaa

En la netbook samsung NP-100 hay que cambiarle un repuesto que es una plaquetita chiquita que se compra aunque es dificil de conseguir.. yo lo cambie tenia tu mismo problema y lo solucioné :D

@Dynam1000 Hai ragione sia ubuntu che windows 7 sono troppo pesanti. Meglio xp e linux è meglio scegliere qualcosa di più leggero con un ambiente grafico come lxde oppure fluxbox.

I got this about 2 months ago but never have I expenrience the battery lasting for about 7 hours, my maximum use of it was only 4 hours so far, I dunno what's wrong, I already set it in power saving mode, I lowered brightness, and in the 4 hours I'm using it, it's usually Idle., before, It charges full in only an hour but now, it charges for 1 n half hours, please help, thanks, nice review :)

@NuclearWarPony I just bought this,on back order from bestbuy,didn't spend the 100 bucks for them to set it up.I'm thinking of buying the windows 7 family pack and also upgrade my old POS desktop,not exactly sure if that can be done,very limited computer software skills,Can I not load the windows start software and go straight into the home edition?

Ive had one of these for about 6 months now except mine is running xp as it was a clearance model because of its age. I LOVE it! It's great for picking up when im in a rush to get to class. Excellent battery life! I get about 9-10 hours if I keep the screen dimmed so it lasts me the whole day. charge it over night and ready to go again the next day.

I have this netbook, And it's the slowest netbook I've ever used. When I watch a YouTube Video, It plays like a slideshow. When I reboot this netbook it takes about 10-15 minutes. I can't even play any game on this thing. I wouldn't recommend this netbook. You're just gonna waste your money. Seriously.

@rresttringiddo That is really weird, lowering the brightness is possible. Are you saying that you cannot adjust it at all? If that is the problem it might be either a hardware problem (the lower bright key), or there is something wrong with the software (might need a reinstall). Hope this helps!

@frantahouska Sorry you feel that way man, but I left the cover on top just so I would not scratch the gloss surface on top. With regards to the keyboard some are what I would call chicklet keyboards while other are not quite chicklet. But thanks anyways for the comment.

I have this Netbook. it starts up much faster than you have just described, runs really well actually. I meets all my computer needs, not too fond of windows 7 starter though. other than that, it's actually the best windows-based computer I've had in my life.....

People are hating on this computer teribbly, you need to delete bloatware, upgrade RAM, and deleterestore or backup states, and upgrade ur windows 7 to home premium or higher, I can run FL Studio, Photoshop, and After Effects with no issues

@lelei27 Interesting, you might have a defective battery...Did you charge it all the way before using it for the first time? Have you cycled it in the last month (run it to zero and charge it all the way back up)? Hope this helps!

i am tired of searching drivers for this netbook. plus it IS f*cking slow with windows 7 starter which comes with it. tried vista and xp.. doesnt like it.. because of drivers issues... this netbook is RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!

@frantahouska Sorry you feel that way, much of the other netbooks I have used had recovery partitions or recovery software built in and did not have the long start up times. Thanks anyways for the comment.

@SALEHinCANADA Hey, honestly my favorite netbook has always been the Toshiba NB305, I think they have an update for that one. Not a huge fan of the Samsung netbooks. Hope this helps!

@jumpa74 Sorry to say but it does not have a disc drive :(. It should be able to handle downloads etc., just not heavy computing (rendering, video editing etc.). Hope this helps!

Do you recommend installing the full version of windows? The starter one is kind of slow. Also do you recommend upgrading to 2GB Ram? The DDR3 ram card is upwards of $95.

i got this netbook. the bloatware sucks but only for the first time you use it. just remove that stuff when you first boot into windows and it runs like a charm after.
