Seriously, a basketball court for this? lol. A Country highway with people looking out for cars is about the only place you would be able to get 100+mph. Unless you own a NASCAR track. Huge parking lots arent even big enough.

I have one and it did 125 mph

The only reason why I can see somebody not bein able to drive this car is that they just jump on it and gives it full throttle and wrecks it. I think knowing this much I should be able to handle one of I wanted one. Am I right all you experts out there? Its just like driving a car. In other words its just like if I give it a little throttle then it gives me a little speed then if I give it full throttle it gives me 100mph. All I can see is me having to learn is turning the wheel on the remote forward turns the car left or right and turning the wheel on the remote back towards you turns the car left or right. I think I'm ready for this car and plus I have a road just for it. Having this price I don't wanna have to buy a warm up car first I wanna jump right in at a lower price but I know it might need fixes. Pressing the throttle forward a little to reverse is the brake right? I haven't had 1 of these but as a kid I had the kind that couldnt make it through the grass. Also need to makesur the road is level so the car stays on 4 wheels with all that speed.

Hello people my name is Paul I picked up the Traxxas X0-1 and I am so so so so happy. It took me four and a half months to save up for it. I bought it online from ebay from a company in Minnesota they were very professional and stayed with me every bit of the way. I bought this car for $700 even though it was still a bit pricey for me it's a lot better than spending 1100. By the way I picked blue and it's beautiful. Yeah I know what you're also who in their right mind would spend $700 on a remote control car. Well number one this car goes over a hundred miles an hour. Number 2 car is not a one trick pony there was a lot of research get into this car. Number 3 Eric this is a well known company that's been around for almost 30 years so they can tell with inner to about remote control cars. Number 4 being that this isn't a one trick pony Traxxas the company innovated a lot of technology into this car for example it has something called TSM or traction system management think of it as the ABS on a real car at high speeds she won't fishtail or lose control there was even in a video shown on YouTube A car equipped with Traxxas TSM and a car not equipped with the TSM performed much better and more stable at high speeds. Number 5 the body was constructed in a wind tunnel and is a dynamically sound allowing wind to glide over that no wind flows under the car and in the rear you have something called a diffuser now what this means is that scar can go faster at higher speeds and not have a problem she even squats the faster she goes making her far more controllable and manageable at high speeds the only kind of manageability you see on other cars are the more professional 1/12 pan cars. So you can see that traxxas did their homework on this car and they just didn't put a motor on to a body hoping that this car would go a hundred miles an hour. I hope you all know that the 7 or 800 price tag isn't just for the name there was a lot of research put into this car.

i seen these on the website they look cool .. lots of people like building kits .. be nice tho to give a basic list of the electronics that will be needed to get it running as well as the battery then people can order the truck and the rest of the parts to complete it . :) good video to by the way ..
