Looks to me the car with the dash cam slowed and was about to turn right at the intersection, began to do so but then realized there was another cruiser right behind him.. straightened out his turn, and the second cruiser(trying to avoid the cruiser turning right) was unable to stop in time.

@briank383 actually the first cruise cut off the cruiser who crashed. Watch the video. Just as they approach the intersection, the first cruise veers over into the right lane for some stupid reason.

what i think happened is the camera cop was gonna try and hit that turn real hard and veered right and i don't think the other cop was paying attention so he hit him

So he was trying to pass the other officer, you see the car take a slight hit and then pop into frame and then crash into the post. Why was he trying to pass?

Stupid cop was trying to beat thr other cop there why was he gping fastrer than the guy infront of him.. His driving skills sucked and he payed for it

The best I can figure.. the first of cop was trying to set up for a Dukes of Hazard right turn and the second cop didn't know were he was going.

I remember this on the news. I think they have their cars tracked now. If they go over a certain speed limit they have to write a report.
