I think he is inactive for more than 2 years. Because back then u could sell buildings and th 8 was maxed. I think till then th 9 didint came so this man maxed th 8 and sold hi storages and quited the game.

It's not a hack. A LONG time ago, you were able to sell buildings in Clash of Clans. I'm guessing he used his storages and maybe even collectors then sold them back sense there was no longer any use for them sense he had completely maxed his base? And yes th 8 was maxed th level before they came with th 9 and 10.

He maxed out th8 when u could sell buildings and th8 was the highest town hall so storages meant nothing to him because he was maxed and couldn't go any further in the game.
