+Juan Miguel Infelizmente sem solução. Como está fora do prazo de garantia, ainda não enviei para Sony, mas acredito que não tenha conserto. Segundo um atendente não tem conserto esse tipo de problema.

mine doesn't show LEDs or vibrate at all. not recognized by any PC and won't charge or turn on. less than 2 months old. pathetic job from sony and I'll make sure not to buy another Sony phone.

Samsung Galaxy S3 broke - sudden death

I have this phone for about 6 months. Now it won't turn on. You can't do anything about it, it's broken. Go to the Samsung store or the store where you bought it.

easy .. !! follow this steps . 100% works !!1- download samsung kies on your pc .(software) and install it.2-open kies and connect s3 to pc via usb.3-And go to tool . there whould b option of update firmfare . update it .4- done !!! your phone will start.100% working step!

+Vee Taylor I have a solution for this problem (try it yourself) : 1- take of your phone cover and battery 2- place them in the freezer 3- KEEP IT IN THE FREEZER FOR NO MORE THAN 5 MIN. 4- Enjoy your phone!!!! 5- Thumbs up if working ;)

mine just died after installing chainfire 3d driver then didn't wake up ever again, i have rooted s3 with cyanogen mod 11 rom, after the "samsung galaxy s III" it just stays in black screen

I kinda had the same problem... I rooted my s3 and it worked but then after a day it didn't work so i factory restored it and then it froze... So then it unfroze but now when i turn it on it will just turn off

i had the same problem, dont know if it helps but... what i did a removed the back cover (look for dissesembly) with hair dryer :) when the batery was conected it wouldn do nothing, so i disconected the batery and plug it to the computer, it started to boot up so while booting i pluged the connector back, and the phone was still working. let it in the pc and let it charge for a hour and so, than flash the phone with pc companion (it could not want to boot it again so repeat the battery conector trick, go to flash mode without the battery and plug the battery back again. sorry for my english and hope this helps

Just happened to mine yesterday. Totally dead. Had it for a year and 3 months. Totally dead. First it went black then the Sony logo came up then for a couple of hours it would restart saying 'Optimizing Applications 4 of 194'....or sometimes 5 of 40...then it would hang at some stage and turn off. I could restart it with long press of ON button and it would go through the same deal. Now totally dead. Thanks Sony. Is this some kind of planned obsolescence? Nevermind...I'm planning to make my association with your products obsolete starting as of now.
