This is the third time I upload this video because every time something was wrong, so I hope that it will be ok now :-) I show you a phone called LG T300 Cookie ...
sir just a few questions... can you make an MP3 format song as the message
alert tone? can you transfer photos from your laptop/pc to this phone? what
resolution is used to make the photo the T300's wallpaper? can this phone
block numbers from calling you and sending you text messages? which would
be the best, samsung champ, LG T300, samsung ch@t 322 or samsung chat 335?
never used my mobile phone for internet browsing. that's why i have a
laptop for that. thank you very much!
@blazeker Be careful and DON´T use any screwdriver! Just flip it over and
use your thumb to move the back cover towarks the bottom of the phone. Put
your thumb right at the top of the cover (over the camera - on the space
between the back cover and the grey part with the power button and the
headphone jack) and push it towards the bottom. Some people reported that
rubber gloves can help them, too. Good luck!
Right, people. Do not buy this phone. I've had one for 2 years and since
then have been trying to replace it. It is a terrible phone but it would be
decent if you were buying it for a 9 year old. Trying to sell me phone, I
went onto envirophone and it was worth £3.06. Bascially NOTHING. No WIFI ,
NO 3G, NO APPS, RUBBISH CAMERA, BAD QUALITY, SMALL AND RUBBISH SIZE. THINK
AT LEAST TWICE B4 BUYING THIS. thanx
@rasetsuyagami 1. Yes, Every MP3 can be set as an SMS alert tone 2. Yes,
either copy them onto a microSD-card or use Bluetooth 3. 240x320, if the
image is bigger you can choose which part should be displayed 4. I believe
that this is impossible 5. Because I have no experience with those phones I
can´t give you any recommendation... I hope that this information helps you
with your decision!
@danielucas0123 it should work if you convert it to the .3GP-container with
H263-Video Codec and amr or mp3 audio. That's the file format the Cookie
uses to record its video clips. I don't have this phone anymore, so I can
give you this solution only. I think that I've had MP4s on there, too, but
you hae to figure it out by yourself, sorry.
but on a plus side, its fun to throw around ! i have had one for two years
too and i left it outside in the rain hoping it would brake so i could get
a new one, got it the next day pretending i had no idea that it was out
there, dried it off and it stilll worked :( so now me and my friend
practise throwing with it !
How is the overall performance of the Phone? Is it the same once you got
contacts, photos, browsed over the net and so on? I just want a phone that
could browse over the net via wifi, and take pictures, but with out the
hassle of a over priced product.
i have a question. i've already installed the pc suite of lg t300 bur when
i connect it, mass storage is not available. i cant click it. and i cant
sync music. :9 heeelp!
@purpleghost101 the t300 and the kp500 i have had i would say the t300 is
better but out of both i would definitley reccoment the alcatel ot703 or
tocco lite :)
This woman is "doing it all wrong"! A good portion of north America lives
in a climate that is "freezing" 4 - 5 months out of the year. This video is
just stupid.
+snederw Sorry we must have watched different videos. Nowhere in this video do they say it's ok to go to wide open throttle immediately after starting the engine. Besides, they test the engines WAY harsher then just flooring it after a cold start.
+TheArfdog then you have no clue what you are talking about..... people that start their engine with the pedal to the metal tend to either make a piston fly or crack the cylinder after some time... people with common sense and the 30-60sec of lube/warming time wil get atleast 100-500Ks more out of the engine.
Каждый типичный россиянин считает себя умнее всех, особенно америкнцев :)Ты, видать, от Асланяна здесь ;)Для самых умных в ролике чётко сказано, что греть всё-таки надо, если на улице мороз.
+SoapsFan1 he was not wrong. atleast not if you talk to anny proper mechanic or enthusiast 30-60sec is a minimum no matter what conditions (lubricates the engine). and fueling? to minimize old fuel, drive untill its close to empty, this may increase efficensy and ease of starting. if you are having problems with water in your fuel you should not go beneath 50% and considder adding a waterremoover to the fuel.
On a cold day your car will idle higher than normal to get the oil
circulated and warmed up. So if your car normally idles at say 800RPM it
will now idle like 1000 or 1200RPM. Thats why when you start your car the
revs jump to about 2000 to get everything lubricated again.
+Angry Whale this is only true for quite new cars thoe... everything before 2005 ish doesnt behave that way. got a 2002 1.9TDI and it does 900RPM in 20c and in -30c no difference ;) and revving a cold engine is a bad idea ^^
P.S : It's not only bout warming up , The Oil must reach all the engine parts , Turbos...etc , Let it lubricate for half a min or 1... When you're fucking someone , you don't say hello , and just go BALLS DEEP !
+Michael Leibowitz I can point out a few of the biggest ones. a lot of numbers are thrown around, but a food general rule of thumb is that between 75 and 95 percent of engine wear occurs during startup and warm up. 1) oil is thicker when it's cold. thicker oil does not lubricate nearly as effectively as thin oil unless the system is designed for it... considering most newer cars are designed to use a VERY thin oil and have very tight bearing clearances, premature bearing wear is pretty much a given I'd you just hop in and drive. 2) condensation occurs inside an engine when it sits. most of that water then collects at the bottom, in the oil pan. Water is NOT a good lubricant. letting the engine come up to temperature allows the water and water vapor to evaporate and be evacuated from the crankcase by the PCV system. 3) Contrary to what this moron states, modern engines are NOT designed to be operated under load while cold. Every fuel-injected vehicle I have ever seen has specific warm-up tables (programming) in the ECU/PCM (the engine computer). most of them do not even operate in closed loop (closed loop means that the engine controller is using the O2 sensors to accurately control the air-fuel mixture), and are programmed to run excessively rich during warm-up. This is mainly because fuel acts as an upper cylinder lubricant (because the oil is still thick, but mainly because of excessive clearances when the engine is cold. More on that below). The excess fuel also helps bring the catalytic converter online. 4) Her statement about excessive pollution and burning more gas are COMPLETELY inaccurate. cars burn a LOT more gas when cold, and produce a LOT more emissions (due to running excessively rich and the fact that the catalytic converters are not yet functioning). Idling burns very little fuel, and even when cold, produces relatively little in the way of emissions. Placing the engine under load (driving) while it is cold and running in "open loop" results in HORRIBLE gas mileage and excess emissions to the point that you can smell them. Ever wonder why you can smell your car running when you first start it on a cold day? starting the car and letting it warm up before driving will bring you out well ahead, both in terms of fuel consumed and environmental impact. 5) Most people know that metal expands when it gets hot and contracts when it gets cold... this is a rather important aspect of engine design. Internal combustion engines have fairly precise clearances between the moving parts, and this expansion is taken into account when an engine is designed. the clearances in engines are designed for operating temperature, and there are excessive clearances when cold. some newer cars even experience something called "piston slap" during cold start-up- the pistons actually rock a little bit in the bore because of the excessive gap when cold. you know what the manufacturers state as a remedy for this "problem"? it's fine, wait for the car to warm up-and guess what? the engine heats up, the piston expands, and it goes away. Placing load on an engine when cold WILL wear any friction surfaces at an extremely accelerated rate. Piston rings are particularly susceptible. Unless you want a car that huffs out bluish white smoke and burns a quart of oil every few days, LET IR WARM UP. 6) That whole "metal expanding" thing is even MORE important if the block and heads are made of different metals, because they will expand at different rates. this can lead to a head gasket failure down the road due to repeated abuse. JUST LET IT WARM UP. 7) The elasticity of a material changes with temperature. In general, things are more brittle when cold. A perfect example- put a piece of bendy plastic in the freezer overnight, then take it out and try to bend it. it will break or shatter. the same applies to engine components. It is perfectly possible to start your car on a cold day and immediately begin driving it, and have something nasty like a rod failure to happen. It is rare, but it DOES happen. I have SEEN it. I could go on, but I'm tired of typing. I'd hope that I would have gotten my point across by now, anyway.
+Addy A. just because she made a video and posted it to YouTube, you think she is somehow magically required to follow Rome imaginary setnof rules and consult with technical experts? ....I'm not even going to bother explaining how journalistic integrity, or are specifically the lack thereof, applies to YouTube news channels. it's hopeless.
+Michael Leibowitz there are more exceptions. 1st carb and throttle body injections dont work like modern efi. she is right if its 90s and newer. but your engine needs to warm up oil for lubercation as well. a 5w30 maybe not so much but if your still running 10w40 cause its still 70 degrees in December then that heavier oil will not hit the heads and may cause undue wear.
