EXTREME Teen Transformation - From OBESE to FIT
Online Coaching: [email protected] Instagram: KJHFitness_ First video guys, hope you enjoy. This is my transformation so far, no where near where I want ...
I did yes towards to end of my cut. However I would use cardio only as an extra tool to lose more weight or break a plateau. The max I did was 2 hours a week on a cross trainer at moderate pace.
+Hadi Hameed The most important key to fat loss is being in a calorie deficit. So to lose fat you want to eat less calories than your body uses daily. Exercise, whether it be weight training or cardio is used as an extra key to speed up the process. However, I would personally recommend weight training over cardio to build muscle while dieting (providing you are new to the gym) and give your body a better look. Hope this helps :)
+lemonboy750 Thanks for the comment. However, to be classed as obese as a male you need to be at least 24% body fat, I was around 27% so I was technically obese just not to the level you see people on shows like biggest loser at :)
No drugs i am sure.
For people who are losing motivation because "you cannot look like jeff
seid without juice...", well, going to the gym is not only about your look,
it is a way of life, a way to be stronger and happier...
Goals change with time and no I still do not want to look like a bull...
