TBH if they are going to make a smartphone this fast , why use android ad
its a kinda crappy os if this thing is set around mobile multimedia and/or
business it should run a modded win mobile 6.5 as it is actually very good
and VERY finger friendly OS with lots of great software (MORE THAN THE
IPHONE!!!) and its more stable , its been around before Google, android or
apple smart phones were even conceived and as for all the niffy
functionality the others advertise win mo had since the first 1
@DimosDigitals No, this phone's processor has 2 cores, each core has 1Ghz,
so it's 2 x 1Ghz. And your netbook I'm guessing its Intel Atom, has one
core with 2 threads, it means that single core is capable of performing 2
things at once thanks to its software separation so the OS thinks its a 2
core processor, which by hardware isn't. For software on smart phones to
use this all new dual core phone fully, software needs to be written, which
at this point in time isn't easy to find.
Whoever the hell that was making the video was annoying as hell and really
needed to stop pestering him about things that don't matter. "What is the
bitrate? Can you do programming on it? So when you need to use Word and
Office, you need to have licenses for it and everything? So you're running
a full Windows 7 on this? Is the tabs feature part of ARM Firefox or
Mozilla?" ANNOYING. I can sense the poor rep's tenseness. Thumbs up for the
rep. Surprised he stayed composed.
call me a negative nancy but there are reasons why i think it will fail, 1.
motorola. moto isnt very well on android skins and is hampered by other
devices with sense. 2. 4g, yes it is the future but the it will kill
battery and is not as well spread as 3g. 3. cameras on most devices are
mediocre. with the exeption of the iphone and nokia n8 so far this is no
different. 4 its ugly, witch to me isnt too important for me but is part of
the expirience.
@Deadliest0Sin nope ive use win mo 6.5 for over a year and when i bought a
anroid device about 4 months ago i found the experience terrile and i know
it was built on the linux kernal (the basic programming in which an OS runs
off) but it to me is similar to liux , apple and microsoft in the Computing
world , linux is nice and free for companies to use however its not to
practical as many users dont have any idea how too.
Excuse me for being picky and perhaps a touch unkind to our friendly
Motorola rep here, but shouldn't this guy have come more prepared? as in at
least have a list of fuctions and stuff this innovative revolutionary
device can do? It just seemed to me that he was taken from his lunch last
moment ditch to do this presentation!!! He kept saying I should've mention
that...I forgot to say that....wow! Just a thought!
OMG the french guy made me wanna punch a kitten "is it going to rebuffer"
"you can run Microsoft office through it?!?!?!??!" "can i upload 1080p
youtube vids like my laptop?" "so why only include a web browser?" "will
this replace my desktop?" "what resolution will this run at?" "will flash
work in 720p?" SHUT THE HELL UP PEPE-LEPUE!
@Meta221 yea, he seems to try and belittle the motorola rep. i mean,
c'mon!! its beyond your mind to understand and fathom, get over it. but
every little thing the rep says, he counters with something completely
useless, like does it print? of course it will print, it will also shake,
bake, cut fries too idiot!!!
the camera guy / interviewer is a clueless troll like wtf IT DOESNT REPLACE
YOU R COMPUTER!!!! DO U UNDERSTAND RETARD??? IT DOESENT REPLACE YOUR
COMPUTER!!!! omg this product is cool but hees tearing everything down like
their thinktank of degrees and knowledge that made this product is worth
shit... like wtf
@rockincoffee What u on about, for ur information yes I do have an iFruit
4, if u wanna call it that, On Vodafone and yet to have a single drop call
in my life. All I was saying is Androids crap and now waaaayy overused,
which it is. Had an Android phone (HTC) & tablet (Samsung), took em back
the next day.
I can't listen to that interviewer for more than 3 minutes. His speech is
cluttered and irritating. Also he asks irrelevant questions and leaves the
important ones out. I believe that he also makes it too long and doesn't
let other people to ask questions who may be actually interested in it.
i like the idea of this the only issue i hear is that dual core prossesors
for mobil phones runs to hot atm but if they can fix that and it isn't
burning hole in your pocket expensiv then this phone is going to go flying
of the shelf
Wow...what a retarded...guy had to repeat himself so many times...i agree
with everyone....i felt so bad for the Motorola rep...guy had more patience
than me...i would have told him to go fly a kite....lol
1) Go to Google Translate and 2) Type in "Will Justin Bieber ever hit
puberty" then 3) English to Vietnamese 4) Copy paste the Vietnamese words
5) Vietnamese to English 6) Laugh
the only thing that I think Apple fans can come up with is "oh this guy
lecture so bad compared to Jobbs!" But other than that, they shouldn't come
up with anything reasonable this time ;p
i hope Apple does sometthing similar with the next iPhone, they always have
great quality devices. i think this phone seems kind of uncompleted, but
the idea is sweet! dual core ftw
this is the future, i wonder what excuses steve jobs and apple will have
this year why their iphone wont have any of these accessibility options and
why it's still just a phone...
Does anyone know when this will be coming to Australia? I seriously want to
but this thing. Also motorolla don't do any exclusive deals with
networks..except vodafone if need be
@PreApproved1 not unique in any way - the LG Optimus 2X P990 is at least
equally badass - the nVidia Tegra 2 (dual-core ARM9 with a ULP GeForce GPU)
is sweet as hell.
@freakylocz14 It's not LTE (though advertised as 4G, it IS NOT 4G). Yet it
does not fail. It is the most powerful handset available today. Check sale
figures.

I have just downloaded this app from app world on the playbook and I signed
up for a demo account but when I go to launch an app or turn on it then
takes around five or so minutes when it then states that I should contact
the help desk or it says that citrix could not connect to cloud. Any Ideas
on how to fix this? I would love to be able to access the files on my
desktop! Thanks!
but the windows box is what sux. the os is not made for touch input. so the
userexperience is terrible. it's nice that it can work, but the whole
windows layer should be removed. the future is everything in the cloud.
files, notes, mails, pictures. who needs their own server?
cool demo but using an iPhone as a trackpad for mouse driven applications
is not ideal. Also web browsing in internet explorer on an iPad is just
WRONG! Please show a windows touch enabled application working with the
ipad via RDP or citrix
