Guys, I found out a better way for those who doesn't have Settings at main
menu screen. Double tap on the search button (next to the main menu button)
and look for "eas", only those 3 letters are enough for the option of Ease
Of Access to appear. Double tap it and finally double tap on narrator mode!
Better still : double tap on search button to open Cortana... command it to
open "ease of access" and then double tap on Narrator to toggle it to off.
That worked for me.
+monica jimenez I haven't tried resetting my phone. I tried restarting it. but it resumed in narrator mode. It's a bit tedious but try double tapping on cortana search button.. it works. Resetting could work but you'll risk a lot of stuff. I'd suggest try my method a few more times. It should work eventually
