size doesnt matter, just has to be a power of 2 for dimensions (so 256x256)

please i have otrher question the images 256x256 have to be 13.7 kb or the game can accept a 308kb?

I enjoy playing pokemon hacks in my free time. ;) Judging from your videos you've got the knowledge and creativity to create something above the current standard. I bet the hack you could come up with would be excellent.

+Reisyukaku darn... mines 9.4.0-21u ;_; I really hope they find a way to either downgrade or make it compatible with the new version. I wanna hack my ORAS/XY, it'd be a blast to do some hardcore modes, like Blaze Black.

well now you have to have a 3DS around 4.1 ti 9.2. I use 4.3

Pretty good and yes, you can play 3DS roms. That's how I play modified ones like this.
