Thanks for uploading this video and the one with you driving the NSX. My wife and I were thinking of doing the same thing next April during our honeymoon in Japan! Can you tell me how you booked their vehicles? Was it through the website and in English? Did you hire both cars for half days? NSX before lunch and GTR after lunch? Did you drive the famous route 730 or drove the loop around Lake Ashi with both cars? Thanks in advance.

I booked everything through e-mails with Chikara-san; [email protected] He has very good English and the application forms are all in English so it's quite easy. You need an international driving permit if you don't have a Japanese licence.I booked each car for a 3 hour slot, NSX AM and GTR PM. You can book in 3hr/6hr/day/week slots. 90 mins is also available but you can't book that in advance.We did a loop around Ashi in the NSX and longer route via Fuji speedway towards Mt. Fuji in the GTR. The touges around Ashi were better roads, but I did enjoy visiting Fuji speedway.Hope that's useful, enjoy your trip!

Next to that, he'll pay for the repairs on the curbs and rails, the probable closure of the track and the towing service lol...

I am curious what this costs to rent in Japan? The different color rims are just weird, I get it, they probably had the better tires at the time...

For 7 days the cost was about $1880 usd.I would think that this car has gone through a few sets of tyres and or damaged rims being a 08 model rental,but it still drove very well.
