That green yellow is used at the 12 Volts side of the TX which is earthed for safety reasons in case the TX insulation breaks down. The mains, 240 Volts side has the standard colours Brown, Phase, Light blue, Neutral and Yellow Green Earth.

@killarluna That was an old audio output transformer from an old radio. I put 3 turns of 5 amp wire on it and left the secondary 500 ohm coil intact

You shouldn't use green/yellow wires for phase/neutral. It's a mistake that has given me quite some shocks.
