I forgot to say this, check to see if you power brick/supply is getting too hot and if it is that might be the problem just get some a spray can of computer cleaner and get rid of the dust inside of it. Because when dust can mess the fan in the Xbox and power brick/supply and cause it to overheat and freeze. It happened to me a lot until I fixed it

I had the same problem with my battlefield 3 and what I did was I cleared the system cache 3 times exactly and it started working fine after that but if that does work check to see if your disc has scratches on it and even if it doesn't clean it with some disc cleaner gently but if that doesn't work then I work recommend calling customer support

Please can someone help me! I have Advanced Warfare on PS3, got hard disc copy which I've had since release (pre ordered). I haven't always had this issue but I can't even play one game online today, it has just become unplayable for me! Now when the game is loading up, I just get a black screen and won't even let me into multiplayer, then I quit out of game but it restarts my ps3 every time. When I'm in a game, I will be kicked out and the Advanced Warfare writing will come up, and then it comes up error 'imagefile1' or 'imagefile38'. It use to happen a few times a day but now its every game, I can't have a full multi game. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but, I have a wireless connection, moderate NAT and normally run between 4mb-9mb connection speed. I have a ps4 but havent got advanced warfare on that yet, as most of the people I play with are still on ps3 but I have had enough of these error messages, game freezing and restarting ps3 every game.

Oh and I've also already tried uninstalling the game & reinstalling it, but still did not fix it...only made it worse. And with my slow connection speed, it can take 8 hours to install a game.

well im not sure then maybe turn your system on and off and do the same thing but this the only thing that works, cuz i just tried lookin one up for you and i couldnt find one, so just try it again, GOOD LUCk
