day. Hell people say don't do that fuck them. People in jail do some many
push-ups and its ridiculous i only say jail because you see guys ripped ass
hell without touching weights in some jails. Those push-ups will get the

In all side by side pics, it is the same image. The left is without flexing
and the right is with. So for example, at 2:12, the images shown showing
flexing and non flexing progress between the month of January through
February. Thats how I laid it out. Sorry for the confusion.

would believe this.So lemme guess your up to 2000 pushups a day now?Ohh i

I include both dates in my calculation. So on Feb 24, I started the
Challenge and March 24 was the last day of the challenge so I did my last
exercise on that day. That's how I got 30 days.
im a 13 yearold i have been doing 100 pressups a day for the past week and
have no intention of stoping i really enjoy it, can anyone tell me the
effects of this in a long run?
I would just change the Challenge. Start with the 200 pushup challenge and
go each day from there. No need to kill yourself and possibly do more harm
than good.
Just me, but I see know difference. Not to mention, the flexing killed it.

Cat throwing up
I was recording my sisters cat eating from the slimCat exercise ball, then she decided to throw up everything she just ate. Guess thats one way of slimming down.
My cat throws up everyday in my furnished basement that I use everyday for
video games etc. it is my man cave. I'm a 16 year old male who is done with
this bullshit. She has been throwing up like this for 12 years which is
everyday of her mother fucking life. How is she still alive and or not at
least meowing for help you may ask? That I cannot say. It must be horrible
to have to throw up every day. We have tried giving her new food and it's
not because of intestinal parasites or her fur, but it's her food
allergies. We gave up on catnip a long time ago, which I'm very happy for.
Today, she just so happened to throw up on the couch where the opening is
that separates to the connected seats. I still wonder why in the hell she
didn't at least throw up on the ground or on another part of the couch,
because the throw up went on the couch, inside of the couch, and under the
couch when it went through the opening of the couch. She also threw up 2
more times on the ground and it got on my favorite fur blanket because its
nice and comfy. I was thinking, why the hell did she have to do that!?! Her
home is the basement too so why in the fuck does she do it their when she
could at least puke in her shit box or something. Or maybe she should stop
acting like a fucking fish and actually eat less, because we have tried a
new food that she is not allergic to. Thank god that my dad does all the
cleaning up and all the frebreze spraying. So how do i put up with this you
may ask? Well let's just say that every time she throws up, i hug her and
pet her excessively for a long period of time. It makes her nervous and
scared. Well maybe don't throw up in my man cave and then we won't have
this problem, because this is my swamp. Since you decided to throw up all
over your house you don't fucking deserve it, at least i take care of it
and don't puke all over the place and scratch at the god damn door, making
indentations.
Channel her feeding amounts and times and also, cat wet foods are unhealthy and can cause puking in cats so feed her dry food with no corn gluten meal or anything that's abnormal or that you would not eat your self. I hope I helped!

This was a test of determination as well as a fitness goal. To me, it was
better to do this for an hour rather than sit on the couch. 2. I gained a
little mass. Not like huge muscles or anything (nutrition is very
important) but my chest got bigger and people were always asking if I
worked out.
