If apple released different coloured anodised iPhones like ur red and black one then nobody would be special, and you and I both know that that wouldn't be much fun. However, I do feel that with new colours for the 5C it's most likely inevitable for Apple to eventually make many other coloured variations such as the champagne gold as well as all the other options Mendmyi and similar companies provide.

The reason Apple don't make coloured iPhone 5/5S's is because they will end up spending loads in all these different colours and if a few become unpopular, they make a great loss. The reason this was possible with the iPhone 5C was because it was a cheap plastic housing that they wouldn't make a loss on.

Would be nice to see colors in the 5s but here is problem in the 5c the c stands for color if the 5s will have colors too some people are going to be confused and other people are going to think the c stands for cheap and if you ask me cheap in a product name isn't the best marketing strategy

Tom although it might make me sound a bit cheap but can you do another mendmyi or anostyle giveaway if you win because living in the US it's way too overpriced to ship a phone to the UK and have it sent back because that's basically $50 each way

Great video, Tom. I totally agree. It's sad that with such innovation and technological advances in mobile devices, Apple just decides to ignore the look and expression of the actual phone itself. It gets old looking at a black or white phone!

The reason they don't do variations of colors is because they don't know how many to do of a certain color/Colors… And they will lose profit that way

I didn't get an iPhone 5 until 2015 and I'm still using it cause it got better on iOS 9 :) Also I always thought white iPhones were for girls. Until I seen a sweet iPhone 5 deal on eBay! Now I'm a guy with a white iPhone :/

I got the white iphone back in 2012 ish or when it came out. I regret it. I wish i got the black, it looks more slick & professional. And i think white is too common w/ girls. Almost all of my girl friends & girls i see in public have white. I wish i went w/ my gut feeling. And also, to those ppl who are concerned about the black being scratched.. I mean, would u really just have the iphone bare? Right, you would never. So i dont see how thats an issue. I have white and i still put a case on it. So there's no point.

Some people say they will. The home button takes up a lot of room (they could make the 4.0 screen probably 4.2-4.3 by only making only like a millimeter wider but making it even longer, and it's also the button that breaks most. I think the mockups of the iPhone 6 look pretty cool! The one with no home button. It looks a lot more modern than the current look, with the home button. Assuming they'll increase the screen size for the iPhone 6, not sure they really have any other options anyway lol.

I have a galaxy s II (and although I wouldn't prefer a 4.8 inch screen or higher) I do find the 4.3 inch screen to be perfect. I've also used 4.5 inch screens and they are fine too. My hand has absolutely no problems touching the corner of the screen, or top (as I pull down the notification shade regularly - like at least 30 times a day) and it's no problem. Apple could increase the screen size by getting rid of the physical home button...which wastes a lot of surface area on the phone.

Probably in another 2-5 years. I'd doubt they would do that right now. To be honest, apple moves extremely slow. They're cautious in features they add (which is why they haven't added NFC yet), but they're also very slow because they have so many manufacturing limitations. They can barely create enough iPhones each year, I doubt they would be able to handle making a phablet as well as an iPhone lol. Maybe down the line
