Another great video Dan in this business you get a lot of junk rooms. I know for sure some stuff even looks real nice and it's trash in just a few months. My point is you can still make money from junk. I would only do that if I won it at auction then I would sell the pieces dirt cheap. Just to make some extra money from it ya know. Yes, you can make a dollar for dollar profit on junk. BUT, I always try to buy a unit or otherwise treasure hunt to get compensated for my efforts too. IOW, if I bought a room of junk for $50 and was able to sell it all for $100 but it took me a full day of hardwork to clear that room out than it would be a loser. $50 for all the work involved aint gonna cut it for me :)
