Ok so this is probably going to sound like a stupid question, but I've
never eaten a jalapeño popper in my entire life because I have low heat
sensitivity. These look so amazing I would love to try them. When you bake
the peppers does it cut the heat? Like when onions and garlic get cooked?
Like CrayDude345 said, they aren't real spicy because the heat is in the cores, ribs and seeds but it depends on the pepper. Also, cooking them mellows them out quite a bit.
