He actually might be on ios 8.1.3 mostly because this video was released well after iOS 8.1.3 but he has no push notification on the settings so that kind of proves that he's running ios 8.1 .3

People this is still working if anyone is wondering. The link is updated for 8.2 to any other ios version. It wont be patched any time soon cause its good protection.
