ive got two of these besides mine is a 4.1 and for some reason it wont let

You have to go through the file explorer app. And you can only move pics and music and such not apps.

mine wont load up anymore it stays stuck on the white RCA screen any idea

Mine's did same thing as well; tried resetting it and nothing. Called RCA to send it in and they won't fix it because the sticker with the serial number faded. Won't be buying their crap no more.
