Wow, thank you brother. I believe the Lord has used you to speak to me. You are right. If God is with me, there is no room for the enemy. I rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Your words help me. And I will screenshot this post, and read it whenever I feel anxiety coming my way. Although sometimes it is extremely hard, I doubt everything. And the feeling is stronger than my faith. My answer is, if God knows that I want to serve him. I worship him. Praise him, and give him all the glory. Will he let me fall? Will he abandon me? I suffer from OCD. So it's hard. But I accept Christ, and know that he wants me at peace and to be haply.

Hi Annabelle, perhaps this will help. We know that fear comes not from the Lord, but from Satan.  Second Timothy 1:7 tells us, "for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." Fear then, is not from God, and also is not something we have to simply "put up with." In reality, fear is a tool that our enemy the devil uses to hinder us in any way he can from all that God has for us.I find a good way to look at fear is to take what I am afraid of, and think the opposite. For example, if I see my bank account is low and I hear, "Your going to run out of money! God won't take care of you." I'll think "You won't run out of money. God will take care of you." a lot of times the fear can be overwhelming, but when I think of God..who is the one who created the entire universe and everything in it..surely He can help us with our fears as well.Everyone has or will experience fear in their lives. Sometimes it's subtle and we don't realize that's what it is. We make other excuses for why we're not moving forward in areas of our life when the root is really fear. This is not what God wants for us. Overcoming fear is rooted in trusting God and receiving His love. First John 4:18 tells us, "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love." Satan will do all he can to get us to doubt the love of God, often by using fear. Fear of the future, what people think of us, failure, you name it—when we believe lies of fear, it gets in the way of experiencing and living out of the freedom of God's perfect love.The good news is, when we experience fear, we don't have to stay there. "I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears" (Psalm 34:4). We must take our fears to God. This verse reminds us that He hears us and He is the one who delivers us from fear; we can't do it by ourselves. Confessing our fears to God takes the power out of its control over us and allows God to cleanse us from it (see 1 John 1:9). This is simply an active way we can trust God completely. The more we learn to trust Him and His love for us, the more we experience His peace (Philippians 4:7), and the less fear has any place in our lives.

+Rest Easy Ministries Hi brother. I am a Christian, baptized with water and with the holy spirit. Lately I am filled with fear, doubt, anxiety, panic. How can I rebuke this? I go to church and tremble with fear. I pray and reassure myself and I am good for a bit, but then it comes back. This is a hard battle. I love the Lord with everything I have. Please help me. How can I rebuke evil and be assured God is with me?

A scripture that comes to mind is "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." found in 2 Timothy 1:7. A sound mind is a mind that is clear, not a mind that is full of confusion. Another verse is "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints." in 1 Corinthians 14:33. Any confusion in this area would be coming from Satan..not God. with God, you will feel peace. Last verse that comes to mind.. 11 The Lord said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord is about to pass by.”Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. 12 After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. 13 When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his faceand went out and stood at the mouth of the cave.from I Kings 19..Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?” the part I want you to see is the WHISPER. That's where God was.not the storms or fires or earthquakes. He was in a whisper. Thant's how Satan speaks..through storms of confusion and fear. God speaks in peace And that's what He wants you to have. I would encourage you to continue going to the Sunday School and youth group or talk to someone about your questions.
