Anyone can sit here and say concentrate on high reps or lower reps, high
weight or lower weight etc. Although personally I believe power movements
for explosive power and isolated core work for a fast shoulder rotation
would be more beneficial. He's obviously got his routine. Leave him to it.

fenerationduring the golf swing: the pronatpr teres the only fore armmuscle
with higher activity during the swing: this is the muscle that turns the

Your excercices in the gym: great effort of the mind and body ! But i find
no vision , no idea behind them and no base for evidenced based medicine
and excercices. I think you are going to hurt your back, elbows and wrists.
I noticed your hypermobility in your joints with hyperextension of elbows
and fingers, this in combination with a cubitus valgus ( forearms pointing
away from the centre) ...
I think you have to revieuw them and choose excercices in function of the
muscles needed during the swing and in the light of your posture during the
swing. Pro's say not to squeeze the club, what's the idea than to train
your fore-arm muscles? :-))) i 'm à doctor with sub specialisme: sports and

+Ronald de deurwaerder I'm following a program which I've not had time to film yet, simple observation the biggest hitters have massive forearms. Core strength is one thing but arm strength plays a role in generating speed as well
25 pushups - hold at the top when done for one minute. When the minute is
up, repeat 3 more times. 100 pushups with 4 minutes of holding as your
rest period. Good luck
