What I love about a lot of your videos lately is how a lot of them have centered on games I've personally never heard of. Google's gonna take over all of the computer markets. Android came out about a year ago, and they've already got 2 HTC phones, and this great looking Sony phone on the way. Not to mention the Verizon/Samsung Droid coming out next month with near double the specs of the G1. I also read that 50% of cell phone users are supposed to have Androids by 2012. If this is any indication of how Google Chrome OS is going to do, then Apple and Microsoft are fucked.

Looks great if its legit. Although I hear the screen is pressure and not capacitive? Thats a let down. If it was capactive, if i had to choose now Id take this over the Hero. i also think its funny that on everyone of these kinds of videos you always have apple hateboys knocking the iphone. apple understands the importance of the user interaction with a device, and thats why the iphone sells. Is it perfect? no, but no other device is either.

Looks great but as was mentioned, I need to see this on actual hardware. Android is great but laggy at times. Sense right now is probably the best UI you can get on a smartphone. But the Xperia X3 is due to be revealed next week. If it runs that smooth out of the box as this video. Then Sense may very well get bumped to a number #2 slot in my mind. Price is going to kill it for me though. knowing sony, it won't be cheap.

BoyGenius -- could you comment please: What I read is that SonyEricsson's "Rachel" is essentially a well-developed skin over the android OS beneath it. But that HTC's "SenseUI" is a more extensive integration of a user interface with android, not just a cosmetic skin. PLEASE ADVISE! I want to buy one of these asap! thanks

it looks really clean and responsive, most likely thanks to the snapdragon chip. sony was smart to jump on board with google. but i think htc is going to do better in terms of android phone sales. sense ui looks alot more like android than rachael ui.

It looks fast because it is running on a mobile device emulator, not actual hardware. I don't know how fast or slow it will be on actual hardware but this is running on a computer. Search 'Android Emulator' on Google.

LOL...that's freaking true! Basically, Apple was able to put simple things in a simpler way. That worked for some so-called smartphone users. I like x10 big time and hope its real touchscreen's gonna be fast.

Android is not laggy... The hardware processors are slow... Xperia has double the mhz as the typical Android phones... on a better chip... so I doubt it will be laggy...

so then does anyone think this is worth it? I'm leaning towards yes, and the 16gb version. I like the idea of the Kindle Fire, but I'm glad I didn't buy one. Ugh this looks so great for the price! Quad core amazing little tablet for $250? Hopefully I can get it soon:)

All these retards bagging iPhones LOL first of all, your paying more for an iPhone because of the much better quality build, as stated in the video, Samsung galaxy is made of mostly PLASTIC where an iPhone is GLASS. Also the yearly firmware updates aren't just "tweaks" but complete added features unlike what I've seen with Samsung. I was looking to buy a Samsung s3 after having an iPhone for 4 years and getting bored but not that ios6 is out, and at the right time, my $900 on a solid built phon

It's pretty sad that the galaxy s3 is not better than the iPhone 4s and the "Siri" copy cat sucks. I just bought a galaxy s3 and it's already slowing down and not running nearly as fast or smooth as the iPhone. The camera is good but still not as good. Also some of the features on the s3 are pretty stupid like the sandwiching of phones to share stuff I wouldn't do that with any phone. I even still get better battery life out of my iPhone. I think that the people who hate on apple just really ca

I thought this was a review for the Samsung Galaxy SIII. BGR should change its name to AFB(AppleFanBoys). I don't hate Apple. I need to get that off first and foremost. It'For my opinion to have any merit or value it is important to be impartial which Jon Gellar isn't. Jon, for a guy that says he wants tech to work for him and not the reciprocal, you're eating your words. Thx to the Android/Google ecosystem, I cut the cable chord & can watch all my faves. Apple had a phone in 1992? All of Apple's product pieces are developed by ODM's and OEM's (ex. Samsung builds their retina displays) While their software IS developed in house, majority of their patents and features are purchased or modifications of original concepts (ex. Palm or Motorola) Nothing has been "stolen" from Apple any more than they have "stolen" from others. You got some of Steve Jobs semen on your lips... might wanna wipe that off homey...

hmm im a geek so i watch all the big technology announcement, but really is that your take away? even old nokias have system profiling as a standard. 3gs IS compatible with IOS6, i said that because many people bashing about android update. and yes android system update is flawed, but even with older software IOS 6 still looked featureless and inflexible. I dont see myself buying iphone 3.5 screen and glass as surface just not my taste.

yes i agreed samsung is nothing without android. apple do stopping many2 other companies, they tried to ban galaxy s3, they banned galaxy nexus, they wanted to ban multi tocuh on android, and lets not forget the ban people for such a basic function like clicking link on sms or for having rounded corner on theri devices -,- ipods=iphone without 3g support ipad=giant iphone mac =great! notebook=portable vesionof mac.
