Sadly fingerprints aren't part of Android, so you can't really get rid of the samsung lock screen for a better one etc. But it's nice seeing they're giving the finger to...

One might hope, but for now a huge majority of the android devices don't run supported built-in fingerprint scanners and I've yet to see a replacement lock screen that supports it. This should've been added a long time ago so we could get proper NFC payment methods authorised with fingerprints etc.

Yup, they are getting there, but so far no other lock screen seems to support it. I hate Samsungs default lock screen, but the other nice ones either use their own locks or revert back to the default for unlocking, making you get two lock screens of you still want to unlock the phone with fingerprints. Safe perhaps, but rubbish.

+Ulrik Borg actually the latest Android (Marshmallow) now is enabled for biometric scanning. Hence why the Nexus 6P now has a finger print scanner...

Hi links to buy are in the Description. Sorry but I dont remember where I got it from, I think it was from ebay. If its from china it will usually take 2-3 Weeks, if its from another country thats not too far from you it will take 1 week or 2 weeks. If its from the same country you are in then it will take probably about a week.

This is specific to Atrix 4G on AT&T. It has a real fingerprint sensor made by AuthenTec.
