Good video. I could never eat that much Stevia just saying. A lot of those
sweeteners whether artificial or not, they cause me to have headaches and
stomach/gastric problems. So I steer away from sweeteners unless its honey
and sometimes I use a 100% maple syrup and of course all organic if its my
sweeteners.
+Tish Folan oOoOo I need to try zucchini fries! I weigh my sweet potatoes before cooking and input that into a new recipe on MFP (with all the other ingredients). I put it ALL in MFP as 1 serving. Then I weigh everything after it's cooked and the amount I actually eat I divide over the total weight (after cooking) as my serving size :D! I hope that makes sense!

hi dman, i like your facebook fasting experiment! i'm also finding
facebook to be a total waste of time. it's much better to call people on
the phone and actually talk to them. otherwise, facebook is just like
watching "reality television" on MTV.
i normally use facebook to share my ideas like an online journal, but it's
not really reaching any real audience. i think it's much better if i start
a website or pay for a real URL and blog.
have you heard of intuitive eating? i think you may like it.
your skin looks really good and healthy so whatever you are doing is
working.
+Unconventional Living hey man, intuitive eating is basically eating whatever your body craves without judging any particular food group as "good" or "bad", like if you crave eating avocados, then that's what you eat, and if you crave eating oranges, then that's what you eat. even if you crave french fries or taco bell burritos, then you eat that. the point is that you listen to how your body feels rather than what some book says. for instance, you might crave ice cream and you may actually start to feel better and more happy and more grounded, and yeah you might even gain fat or weight, but that isn't necessarily unhealthy.so there's a book called "intuitive eating" and you can check it out.

Awesome. I did the same thing. I don't have a facebook, twitter,
instagram or whatever knew social medias sites there are now. The only
social media I use is YouTube and Strava. I also did an experiment on not
watching TV. I feel so free now that I am not watching TV or on Facebook
anymore. Also, I don't feel the need to share every waking second of my
life on the internet like many people do.

I really don't spend a great deal of time on facebook the only reason I
have it is to keep in touch with my friends from university and family,
same with twitter. But youtube, OMG, i'm on it alllll the time, just
watching vegans/raw vegans and people like YOU are so distracting lol.
Although youtube has kinda changed my life so I don't feel like it is a
waste of time, but sometimes I just need to get shit done and it doesn't
happen. :(

allow yourself a timeframe to watch youtube videos since you enjoy it, spend only like 1hr per day watching all your favorite channels then use the remaining time on the shit that needs to get done :P

caps about the same time you did the first video (when you received it) I
started taking two in the morning b4 breakfast, the following wk I took 2
caps 2ce a day But I really don't think it worked on me the same day I
started eating almost 0 carbs, 0 sugar, just veggies & lean meats, I did
lose 5 pounds but I think it was for my diet not for the coffee bean
extract. I'm kinda disappointed, Cuz my weddin is in 2 wks :'(
It blocks sugars from entering your blood in order to burn fat for energy
instead. if you're already dieting with less sugar entering the blood
stream and you don't have extra fat to burn, you are likely to get
diminished results. The studies were done on obese/pre-obese people and
their avg intake was already 2400 with 400-burn, odds are, your calorie
intake is much less. By the way, if you lost the 17 pounds (avg in study)
you would look malnourished, 130 looks great on you.
I did not change my low carb diet, 4-5 mile walk away the pounds 6 days a
week and I drink (3) 33 oz bottles of water every day (99oz) so, there goes
the water theory!!! My weight loss Stopped and I gained weight since
starting this. Not, on my cycle had that a week before I started this
(4/22) and I actually lost weight! I want my money back!! I have the
Pure Health Brand I purchased it online and saw it at Wal-Mart before I got
mine. I don't think this stuff works!
I hear you on that... I'm thinking it is the same thing on my end. I'll
update likely Friday or Saturday. I took two capsules before each meal. I
went back up to 134 and will weigh myself again tomorrow. Been really
bouncing all over the place.. likely could be the sugar I am eating so
close after ending HCG. Awwww... wedding in 2 weeks. Baby- you have MANY

I think that this plan is for those that are large - I don't think you
should be worrying about wt. You look great at your size. This is meant for
much larger people that are having issues with wt. Plus it helps them with
other benefits too. Just remember that the acid does reduce minerals so
take a mineral supplement if you are using it.

them and they still hadn't shipped! I cancelled my order and then ordered

yes... I've heard about the raspberry ketones... wow! that's crazy
results... I didn't see a difference when I tried them. HCG provided my
best results... until I went to Italy and ate a loaf of bread a day. That's
what I've been trying to work off for a year and a half now. I'll do it! It
just take time and no nutella :-))

Ok Jennifer, Yesterday made 11 days and I GAINED 3 POUNDES!!! which makes
no since,. I have been taking 2- 800mg a day for a total of 1600mg a day. I
had already started working out on 4/16 and lost 6 pounds on my own. I
started taking the extract on (4/30) .
Kimberly, who was this in response to? Also, have you lost more weight
since you lost the "6 pounds in 5 days"? If so, how much? I just started
today. Will be taking 3 capules today (400 mg each) 30 minutes before food

Sorry about the headache - a Simeons Soak is good for that. Will take some

I believe Dr Oz. said to keep the same diet and it seems like you started
binging because you're taking it. Maybe you should've kept the same diet
the way Dr Oz. explains it and take the supplement.
This has helped me lose 8 lbs in 6 days and maybe Mrs. Jenny has no weight
to lose seeing as she only weighs 129 lbs and your weight loss slows down
significantly when you are at a lower weight.

HI same for me 2-800mg a day.....6wks and no weight lost not one lb and I
only consumed around 1500 cal a day or less. I am only 140lb but I was
hoping to lose a few lbs for the summer!
