Hey im not sure if i have hay fever But in the afternoon i started to shake when it was a hot day then i started getting really cold and had a BAD headache I went to sleep but couldnt cuz i was shaking non stop i fell asleep then woke up and stopped shaking as much

Not true when I was in central London I didn't get hay fever once. When I came back to my mums in Warwickshire it's been so bad and I live in a village near loads of fields. Obviously that's gonna be worse than a concrete jungle.

My hay fever is so bad that I take 17 doses of medicine a day from the pharmacy and im going back for another appointment for some stronger medicine

If you think it feels bad, it will feel bad no matter what you wear. Nice to know at least you are showing that it IS possible to have "just the smear" without the full internal exam. A lot of women are confused about that, and I think some doctors don't give them all the facts. Glad you also pointed out that you can't tell which cells will become cancer; means some of us can make the choice not to accept treatment.

There is no necessity to have a full internal examination, but the sample taker does need to see the cervix. This can be done by inspecting it once the speculum is in place. Even if abnormal cells are found the woman can refuse treatment if she wishes.
