Milia are superficial cysts commonly seen on the face, especially around the eyes. Often mistaken for blackheads or whiteheads, they are benign growths, and ...
I've removed my milias myself for years and I don't have to poke, cut or
push on my skin as Dr. Lee does to remove them. So strange what people pay
for when they can carefully do it themselves for free!
Seriously stop shaming and talk bad about the patients!! :( So what if they
have facial hair, makeup or unique style? Who are you to judge and make
fun? Jeez. What if they read the comments. Please think before you write!!
So glad somebody else thought this... So what if the lady wants purple eyebrows? It's called makeup and lots of people do colored eyebrows. People are just straight up jerks these days.
+Jamie Jason The traditional route is 4 years of college (usually pre-med), 4 years of medical school, and a minimum of 3 years residency for training in a specialty. So you're spending approx. 11 years before becoming licensed although some states allow you to practice after 1 year of residency. Some specialties require more than 3 years; neurosurgery is 7 years. Then some doctors choose fellowship training in a sub-specialty that requires a few more years. But there's also some variability; some schools offer programs where you can earn an undergraduate and medical degree in six years instead of eight years. I suspect it would be difficult to make a video like you're requesting because medical programs can be so different. There are already websites where you can find this sort of information.
I get the impression Dr. Lee doesn't handle pain well. She using lidocaine
on every little zit and is always asking her patients "are you okay?"
That's cute!!
Sometimes I think it would be easier to just knick the skin without the lidocaine. Instead of getting stuck a couple times just do one knick and be done. Just my opinion of what I'd want if it was just a simple milia.
+Becky Baker She had very little hair left at her eyebrow line-- probably had over-plucked them for years and years, and now they won't grow anymore. Very dramatic with the purple, for sure.
