no, i can tell bashing and that certainly is NOT bashing. You are correct. I won't even talk about my diet any longer, but I can tell you that it is six meals a day or so, and around 3250 calories, and a lot of heavy lifting using wendler 5/3/1 boring but big program. thanks for supporting me. I am taking my head out of my ass finally! woo hoo. folks like you will be rewarded!

Yeah. Ive been following you for a few years now. I honestly think you've underestimated your potential. Your energy expenditure is really high for someone who's unblessed in terms of genetics. This is something you've failed to capitlise on and take advantage of it seems. You could be insanely shredded, but i don't know what keeps happening with you man, it seems everytime i keep checking in on your videos, you're on some new diet. This isnt me bashing.. just giving some subscriber feedback/love.

Hey Steven, I'm sure this has been asked but how do you do it to get micros during keto while still staying under your carbs? I'm thinking that you'll have to tap on vegetables & fruits for these because I wouldn't trust multivitamins for these needs. If only eating leafy vegetables I can see that one could stay under a low carb number, but it's difficult to imagine that one could meet all the needs while staying under just because of the variety of vegetables that one needs to eat.

+PwnngNbs fruit Co twins fructose, molecularly simila to table sugar and stored in the liver, it disrupts ketosis and should be avoided. A decent multi vitamin and a product like greens plus or whatever else you can get in a powder form,sugsr free works. My biggest problem doing these setups is sodium, and invariably go 4g-5g sodium daily, I'll just mix salt packets into sugar free power ade (200mg per packet) as the lack of insulin and use of glycogen/lack of glycogen depletes sodium, which eats into potassium which makes you feel like garbage.

Steven, thanks for the video. I'd like to see more like it if you're able in the future. This is why I started following you, you seem to better explain these diets, Mr Mcdonald writes above my level I'm just a guy trying to be less fat, not a nutritionist /bodybuilder. Anyways thanks.
