I became 2 yrs Vegan in late March 2012. I'm not trying to be skinny. I am seeking better health and fitness for my body type. So don't assume I am trying and it is ...
LIKE LIKE LIKE !! I appriciate that you respect other peoples perspectives
and lifestyles ( which everyone should) I am NOT vegan- most days I am at
least 50% ( green smoothies breakfast and lunch) and then vegan/vegatarian
another 30% of the day or more. I still eat meat on some days. I am aiming
for giving it up all together for my health. I still have leather. wear
leather and may buy leather ( which may change in the future as well) but
at least we are accepting of change. U ROCK! THX!!!
note this. forget that vegan rant mess. i lost so much weight on raw vegan
diet. but it is not my natural body weight, i looked werid. im going
through the same thing. man do you know how many crazy raw vegan people r
out there. plus im african american so i know! i did it for healing.my diet
is going to be at least 75 % raw and the rest fish and eggs for protien.
but girl you are so pretty/ .love your body type God made you bootylicious
so work it. plus who want to be stick then ..yuck!!
When I was a child I was a very good eater. When I woke up in the morning I
needed a HUGE breakfast (2 rolls with butter and 2 sausages), a HUGE second
breakfast (2 rolls with much butter and marmelade or cheese) and a ton of
food for lunch, a cake and sweet fruit tea in the afternoon and much for
dinner. I was eating a whole day long. So, my metabolism is still used to
burn so much, I think. That's why I'm 7 kilos underweight and can't gain...
It's my parent's fault too *LOL*
What you said is so encouraging. You know, when life lays hard knocks on
you, a person can kind of lose their way for a while. "Tremendous health"
is exactly what I need. The course you've chosen takes not only
determination and dicipline, it takes strength. Strengh is what I'm
counting on very soon. Then the other things might follow suit! I love your
videos and it's going to be fun and challenging to read all of the books
you recommend to get me on the right path. Thanks!
...I have a series of videos in my "Diet & Lifestyle" playlist also my "Day
in the Life" playlist..I show exactly what I do for daily
workout..Unfortunately I have been pretty boring just doing cardio..I do
need to incorporate more yoga, dance, martial arts, resistance training
(which I used to do more often)...check out the vids..When I change it up
again I will do another vid which I intend on switching it up around
summer...thanks, sweetie.. Appreciated! .=))
I'm being inspired by listening in on your journey. And it truly IS your
personaly journey. I have been both vegan and vegetarian at one time or
another. Mostly, I gave it up because of the job I had. It was nearly
impossible to control what I ate. But now, times have changed. It might be
easier to do it and stick to it. This week marks a "new beginning" for me.
Maybe soon, there will be a perfect opening to follow you in this challenge
and fabulous adventure!
I couldn't do this raw thing too... I've tried and failed after 3 weeks. I
need something warm in my stomach. And I wear a leather jacket now because
it's old and I don't want to throw it away too. You make me... I want to
gain weight and have more hips tits and ass. :-) I'm size 6, sometimes even
6 doesn't fit.... and this, believe me, is definitely worse than having a
bit too much. Size 10/12 is considered PLUS SIZE in Cali??? OMG!!! Great
video :-)))
I agree with you 100%. Being a vegetarian/vegan doesn't give anyone the
right to disrespect others. My husband and son eat meat but we respect each
other. I'm vegetarian and slowly transitioning to vegan. You look gorgeous
and healthy. The concept of all vegetarians/vegans being toothpicks is
nothing but a myth. I did loose loads of weight when I became vegetarian
but I'm not super-skinny either. Thank you for sharing your experience.
WOW! I've only been vegan since Nov 2012 and you've just addressed all of
the issues that I have struggled with since starting. I wasn't sure that I
was doing it RIGHT! but you've helped me realize that there really is not a
RIGHT WAY! just what is right for me. I love your confidence; you're a
beautiful woman!
I think if I lived in a tropical country like Tahiti, it would easier to go
RAW but the cool Northern Cal weather, yeah u want somethin warm too..Well
this shows Vegans like everyone else come in all sizes also BUT we are
healthier inside which is what is most important..thanks,
sweetie..Appreciated! ..=))
thanks for sharing you're experience;I'm working my way back to veganism,
just because it seems to make me feel better physically, emotionally
(mentally), spiritually living this way. I appreciate your honesty, making
of this video, and the information! I definitely subbed! New subbie!
Well I was always on non heme iron pills long before being veg or vegan,
and I do do supplements always have (though many say it is not necessary).
I actually felt most happiest being Vegan and I never heard of that..I
guess everyone experiences things diff..=D
Wow i cant believe size 10-12 in california is considered as plus size...
thats redicilous! In my head size 10 is perfect healthy womenly! Why
everybody wanna look like stick? Such a shame. Women should have boobs and
arse-now thats attractive!
..Were u an only child or the first born?...I am the last of 3 so by the
time they got to me they were done, I guess...lol...in part metabolisms are
genetic but also how kids eating growing up does set them up for life...=P
Some Raw Vegans believe that cooking food (fruits, veggies & grains) lose
vital nutrients with high heat and cooking...It's all personal choice I
think.....thanks, sweetie.. Appreciated!...:))...
I forgot to mention that (which I did with my "Why I Wear Wigs"
video)..Yes, it has many good changes with skin, minimized shedding
breakage with hair and even my allergies have cut down...=))
..thanks, sweetie.. Appreciated! ..I hope you come back but like you say
it's very personal..but for you because you have done it before, you're apt
to come back, back to tremendous health =))
It's one thing to become vegan another to stay (after a few yrs we can
realize this) and I agree with you it's better overall feeling
etc...thanks, sweetie.. Appreciated!...:))..
..thanks, sweetie.. Appreciated! ..I did the green smoothies for awhile but
I do so, less now. It seems like ur on the road to better health..Congrats
and cheers =))

Pros: the fun behind making some of these videos
