I took at least 4 drisdol d2 50,000 Vitamin D supplements prescribed by my
doctor, and it caused pain in my spine. Like my back, it is so hard to
sleep now. I never had middle/lower back pain prior to taking that crap. I
feel like an old lady but I'm only 18, I've been off those pills for 3
months now and I still have the middle/lower back pain, especially in bed.

+Alydia Forten The pain may be due to the calcium build-up that can happen with excessive D. What bothers me is not only the size of the dose given (and I wonder how far apart you took them) but also the form, D2. It has been well known for countless years that D3 is superior (the sun being the very best source of D). If I were you, keeping in mind I am not giving advice and am not a doctor, I would drink a lot of distilled water (close to a gallon a day) for the next couple weeks to see if that helped. I am almost on year two of distilled-water-only drinking, so if you're anything like me (and many people) it may be beneficial. In theory, it is great at pulling out excess minerals which may be what you're dealing with.
