You can't put a dart frog in a 12x12x12! It needs at least 20 gallons of space to thrive! They are very active frogs and with only seven gallons (plus loosing a gallon or two with substrate) you will have a dead frog very quickly

The only way they are poisonous is if they eat a specific type of ant.

They live 20+ years. Although it's unsure to how long their lifespan is. 20+ years is what many caretakers/owners and professional breeders say.

Some geckos will drop their tails when scared, and then they grow it back. Cresties are the same way except they don't grow it back.

You can get flightless fruit flies at most big chain pet stores, or pinhead crickets from the mom & pop pet stores that breed their own. If you google "Flightless Fruit Flies" it will give you lots of resources where you can buy them. However, if you've just caught a wild baby anole, it would probably be better for the lizard if you just let it go outside, and enjoy watching it police your plants int he garden.

My babies is around 3-4 month old and they index finger (i don't know if it's called that). What should i feed them? I've fed them crickets and normal size flies and they seems not to be interested in it anymore .. got any idead? :-)

When I was at PETCO I saw a lizard and it jumped off a leaf and stuck to the glass it was like it wanted me to take it home with me I have enough for it but unwed a cage and its right to say ah anole ee well good luck wth urs bye

Too cute. We just got a green male for what I beleave is a brown female. I know the green one it male becaus when I sprayed water in the tank he got startaled and he puffed out his dewlap. I hope they mate.

Wrong. Lizards, unlike snakes, can and will produce infertile eggs even without a male present. These eggs will not hatch but they will be laid.

Never understood the keeping of reptiles as pets; that snake looks very contented, though, so he lucked out with his human! Black walnut hulls stain horribly[too late for Izzy]! Me with twenty fresh fallen black walnuts+my dad's old mechanical vise+a selection of pliers and hammers+a large tarp=one of the worst Saturday afternoons in memory. Not a single nut actually harvested and I looked like fake tanner exploded all over me. Leave those nuts to the squirrels! The rest of this looks fun; thanks for posting : )
