I was wondering I have been on Keto for a few weeks feeling the "flu" I
ended up at a restaurant with family and they only served pasta. So
regrettably I had allot of carbs so my question is do I have to start over
"3 weeks" or will it be shorter if I dive right back in?
Oh losing focus is SO hard, I love MFP too, tracking is key! Easy to get
off track but SO hard to get back on track, I'm proof and honey my body
