What did you mean when you said you bought the mini pie crusts for your
husbands work? Did you like the many pie crusts I have always wanted to buy
some?
+Ali “peacelovecraft” O They work out great for a mini single serving size! Taste just like the regular pie. And I make those for my husband to take to work and share with his co-workers, because it is easier than cutting a larger regular pie. ♥
+Aleana W. I'm the least picky eater in the house, so I basically can go along with what everyone else will eat - but as far as what is just for me that no one else uses... Any tea or coffee item is mine only. No one else uses those. Thanks for watching! ♥

Grocery Haul! Target & Kroger (October 4, 2015)
I do our weekly grocery shopping at both Target & Kroger and pick up the bulk of the items we'll need throughout the week. I also continually stop in to buy things ...
Too cute Di!! Natalie was so excited! She looks adorable.
Emma wanted to be Evie from Desendents. ..but...can't seem to find a
costume now. They went pretty quickly. I may have to to put it together.
Unless she changes .
I don't mean to sound like a snob but Flintstone vitamin are actually
really really bad. They're full of chemicals and artifical crap.. it's
better to buy a higher end vitamin or if you can't afford that then give
them none at all :)
Well sorry but just saying there's way better things out there. //www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/top-us-brand-childrens-vitamins-contains-aspartame-gmos-other-hazardous-chemicals

+Jessica 10 well just FYI, you don't mean to sound like a snob... But you sound like a snob. ;) I literally told their doctor what vitamins we use and they have no problem with it. I don't really need your OPINION on something is clearly, the shiiiiiiiit. I mean - what child of the 80s doesn't like Flintstones? Hippies! Traitors! Some of my best memories include Flintstones vitamins.

How about a monthly favorite you-tuber edition. You talk about you-tuber
post(s) you've read in the past month that has impressed you the most.
Doesn't even need to be cannabis related. We're talking humanism here. Sort
of like a shout out but based on what the conversation said in the text
dialog not necessarily the channel. It would be a way of getting your
thoughts out but with someone else's voice. Make us speak for you. Could be
powerful, inclusive, and sharing.
-Thanks for being here
+Blake Tulloch yes they know very well that I smoke daily!
Target Grocery Haul!! September 22nd
Our weekly grocery shopping haul from... Target?!?! :) I recently (finally!!) got one of those Target debit cards where you save the additional 5% at check out - so I ...
Our bodies are just not designed to run on chemicals, dyes msg, added
hormones, corn syrup, ect. Your children are young and do not need and
would not miss fruit snacks (corn syrup + dye), chicken nuggets, chemical
crackers, ect. These are food like products, not food. They seem to like
fruit, so serve fruit AS snacks instead. Kashi is owned by Kellogs and
their products are deceptive. Good marketing, lol! Cascadian Farms is a
certified organic brand of cereals and granola bars. Try them please!
We've never tried the meat, so we'll have to see what we think about it! ;)
It is just the thrill of using the new card that gets 3% off, ya know? To
see how effective I could make it. I do probably about 90% of my household
shopping at Target during the month anyways, groceries would just add a bit
more savings, but why not. Saving $40 a month with the 5% would be almost
$500 by the end of the year, a decent amount. We get things by those brands
off & on, it just really depends on our mood. ;)
Almost everything on your list are my husband's items - the soda, crystal
light, donuts, part of the cereal, canned goods, etc etc... So as far as
things like that are concerned - he gives me a list every week, and I get
it. It is his choice to eat what he wants. I'm not in the business of being
a ball busting wife. ;) The over all point on this video was mainly - yay
for getting a red card, and what are its possibilities. And when I said
$800-$1000, that is total food - groceries are a portion.
I have tried the meat and fish from target, they were both terrible.
Schnucks is a good store, the fresh foods and produce are great. I am just
wondering why you are so concerned with saving on groceries, being that you
freely spend on superficial things such as clothing, shoes, fancy handbags,
ect. You are lucky enough to have plenty to spend on groceries, you should
try some of the great natural and organic lines such as amys organic, full
circle organic (for cereal and such) and archer farms
I'm very much an everything in moderation person - if you want to go off
the deep end, you could go paleo... stop watching TV, using a cell phone,
or computer, because of all of those cause unnatural electronic waves that
our bodies aren't meant to be around. Wear only hemp clothing, because our
bodies aren't meant to have unnatural fibers on them, yada yada... the list
goes on. Everything in moderation & my husband can make his own decisions
for himself too, imo. What he wants is up to him. ;)
That is good, but regular cows milk still has tons of pesticides from the
gmo corn they ingest. Pesticides = bad news. You are not alone, we spend
well over $1000 on groceries, but I know there is no better investment than
my family's health. Our health is just not a concern for these
corporations, so we must be proactive and informed about the food we eat,
and feed our children. Please flip over the packages you by and check out
the ingredients. Find out what they are and what they do to us.:)
In terms of produce, there is a great resource out there called the "dirty
dozen, and the clean 15" that can give you an idea of where your money is
best spent on organic produce. Items that have a peel have the least
pesticide residue, while items like peaches berries and peppers have a lot.
Meat is loaded with artificial growth hormones, antibiotics and steroids.
(yuck!) Especially chicken. Lunchmeats and hotdogs have sodium nitrate or
other preservatives. These are known to be carcinogenic.
Thanks, but here's the thing that I think people are missing or discounting
with comments like these, I have a marketing degree. I think that the
organic label in "most" cases is marketing & nothing more. I don't think
you're getting any value from it. There are a few cases where there might
be a marginal reason to buy an organic label... but honestly other than
that, it is just a marketing ploy. Nothing more, nothing less. I buy the
store brand because it usually tastes better, lol! ;)
I don't think we have Aldi here, & say whhaaat - there is a store called
the 99cent store that has food?? Never heard of that & definitely don't
have that! Ha! :) I don't think I explained this thoroughly enough, so I'll
try to do a better job next week - but the Target and grocery store I go to
are literally right across from each other... and I have been at both most
weekends. So why pay $4 for milk at one when I realized I could save 5% &
pay less for milk, etc. at the other. LOL! ;)
organic milk would be a great place to start. What you are paying for is
milk that does not have added growth hormones in it. (which are not good
for anyone, and are given to cows to make them produce about 15 pounds of
milk more per day). Also, the cows would feed on grass (which is what cows
are supposed to eat) not corn that grows it's own insecticide. Typically,
organic means the food does not have: hormones, antibiotics, steroids,
pesticides, dyes, ect. These promote disease.
Well our milk already doesn't have added growth hormones - it says that
right on the labels, so check on that. ;) My point is that people shouldn't
buy something *just because* it has an organic label... or discount
something *just because* it doesn't have it. Our "regular" milk sounds like
it is basically the same thing as what is labeled "organic" at your grocery
store. We are basically right next to the source in this state though, lol.
We generally spend $800-$1000 a month on food in total which I think is
redonkulous in of itself, I don't think buying something with a different
label "organic/natural" whatever, would make that much of a difference
monetary wise - honestly for most things there isn't even an option here
with an organic label anyways, so its a mute point. I would just make sure
you're not paying for thin air. Those marketers, kind of shifty... ;)
Yes! 99cent store. its all "name brand" produce, a lot of organic.ive found
$7 GF bagels theres for 99cents. Google it, a lot of celebrities are seen
shopping there as well. I totally get it, about the target card, I do it as
well. I had just seen u post about spending 800-1000/per month on food!
Insane! We are a family of 4 too, both girls just turned 4 and I only spend
about $500-$600/month.
